am having trouble getting my mail my tv guide is sent to me weekly around wed or thurs last week it came sat this week it did not come at all also my bank statements have not been delivered I chec ked with the bank and they said they were sent out. also tv guide said they were sent also I have been getting other peoples mail on a regular basis please check out for me

Don't you think you could at least get the hours of retail operation correct? The Diamond Heights Post Office closes at 5:00 p.m. not 5:30 as stated, much to my dismay and inconvenience.
