Your 18th Street post office in San Francisco NEVER EVER answers its phone number. I'm calling (415) 431-3826 from Sun City, AZ, to inform you that some of our mail at 560 Castro St., #8, SF, CA 94114, is NOT being forwarded to our temporary address of 9726 W. Timberline Drive, Sun City, AZ 85351. Some IS being forwarded but a friend went by our SF address this week and found our mailbox full. Please call [number removed] to correct this.
