Sent Priority package to be delivered in San Diego. Failed to deliver, however tracking indicated insufficient address info. (possibly my fault) and it would be returned. Nevertheless, after more than 10 business days, and speaking to Post Office management where it was SENT from, the package was not returned. Tracking indicated the last scan was at the Caramel Valley Carrier Annex (hereinafter "Caramel") office. Called the Caramel office several times - no answer. Faxed - failed. Filed two reports with Postal Inspector - one for the package and one for management. I will wait before escalating this to local or Federal law enforcement.
