Postal Locations

This post office has a phone number, but it does not answer phone calls. Good luck.

I spent the winter in Del Mar, CA. When it was time to return to Ohio, I went to the Del Mar post office and filled out a forwarding address from Del Mar to my Ohio address. I was notified I had a package delivered to the Del Mar address 5 days post forwarding date. The package was left in a locked mail box. I called Del Mar post office May 27 and June 3 and I still don't know the status of my package. I have called Del Mar post office 6 times today and no one answered the phone. Not sure what to do from here. I feel if they can't recover my package they should reimburse me the charge I paid for the package. Would be nice to speak to supervisor

I have noticed my P O Box went from $85 for 6 months, to $113. This is outrageous amount of increase. On top of that, the Post Office (Del Mar), is no longer open 24 hours, as our agreement states.

An orange paper was left in my mail box stating I owed money for postage. It was not stated, however, who the package was from. Before I pay anything the name of the send is mandatory. The post office seems to be disintegrating before my eyes over the last two years.

Hi Postmaster, I stop in this morning at 9:30 am to report a missing package. The tracking said it was delivered on Friday 4-3-2020. I was home and saw no package. Today the package came while I was not home. I do not know if my neighbor dropped that off or if the postal service delivered. Package found. Cancel the request for the missing package. I live on Calais Drive. For almost 50 years the mail on this street was delivered before noon. The past month or so it is being delivered around 5 PM or later. Why the change??? My neighbors and I prefer the old schedule.

I applied for and was given a post office box 6/26/2014 today is 7/8/2014 and though i have a key it will not open the box. I am told they must change the lock?
I work out of my home so i receive a great deal of important mail which i have not received for 12 days. This is a catastrophy for me! I see why the Post Office is going out of business!
