I have lived in 91748 zip code for more than 35 years. The post office service has deteriorated over the last 10 years. Often I received other neighbor's mails and mine was not received which caused late charges . And over the last few years my magazine subscriptions plastic coverings are open and read before delivering to me . I believe this is an alarming issue to your service that you need to enhance.
