live in Cathedral city, ca. I purchased a P.O Box In April of 2023 having my mail forwarded to my box just prior to me being evicted. Ever since I had my box I never received any of my mail from other senders nor was my mail forwarded to me.. Everything was sent back to sender. Don't know why? I went to Post office and complained I put in for change of address thru online and by mail, but I never received my mail. I paid 98.00 dollars but never received my mail. what a waste of time and money. I will be calling the main office to complain and also I get the new tenants mail in my email. Federal Violation on their part..

Want to give feedback re delivery man change. No option for that is provided on menu. Delivery of four CA state controller paycheck envelopes arrived on 7th of month (instead of the 1st, 2nd or 3rd). Three, not the four, stuffed bent, damp, and mostly protruding on side of house (not IN the mail slot). PostMaster, any training, oversight, follow-up being done?

Tried calling post office on Chicago in Riverside. The telephone 'maze" of automated service was ridiculous. Not all options were covered and no live person option. Just wanted to know if this unit sells money orders. DISAPPOINTED. I've always been a supporter of the USPS; this irresponsible, lazy, customer unfriendly experience damaged and limited that severely.

My mother's cremated remains were delivered June 16th 2021 to 92508 Woodcrest. USPS didn't even bother to ring the bell. Outside of the box was marked on all 6 sides cremated human remains. When Bill & Elaine worked this would have never happened. Very disappointed with lack of compassion.

Service has been spotty, but has deteriorated lately. Apparently in 92503, the mail person sorts mail using a "shortcut" and frequently confuses the last 3 digits (043) of a nearby street (Abington) with 043 on my address at Jordana Circle. I have personally delivered mail from my box to 043 on Abington. Unfortunately I have gotten "delivery" notices posted by USPS but not the packages or mail. Some items are costly but not especially useful to anyone but our family. Please read the whole address and knock off the shortcuts. We miss too much mail.

I live in the Spring Mountain Ranch community located by Grand Terrace. We have not received mail here for the last week. Is mail being delivered? Are there any issues we need to be aware of with our mail?

The Mail person left on the porch Signature required’s envelop with $230 documents Enclosed.He didn’t ring the door bell, though we were at home all day waiting this delivery. It was a heavy rain and the envelope with documents became wet. So, the documents cannot be accepted after they were dried.

We too in Woodcrest 92504 are only receiving our mail deliveries 2 or 3 times per week and have never received our ballots for the upcoming election. What is going on and please help us!

Three days I had bills to go out and no one picked up the mail. Its the 21 of July and typically this is the time a lot of my bills come in. Are you people delivering and picking up mail anymore? Who do I send the late penalties to if my bills are paid late because your carriers can't get the job done?

Your postal delivery people are incompetent! One of your employees left my package on my front porch for thieves to take, Dec 9th 8:09 am. I have a mailbox, stupid! Another delivered my $80.00 worth of medicine to another address, and those thieves kept it. Who is the criminal? The thieves or the incompetent mail delivery people?

They do not register items properly. They sent my international parcel back after only 5 days of holding.

The hours are incorrect. Be sure to call to confirm. And asking them to update them gets a bad response.
