Jeanette and her staff need a few weeks off work (unpaid) and Re-trained on how to deal with the public. They forget who contributes to their wages and who they are supposed to serve.

This staff is uneducated in the rules and regulations governing conduct on postal property. They are also rude when asked to supply their name when requested by the public. They need to be retrained soon.

thumbsupthumbsdown Informal snapshots from handheld cameras for personal use may be allowed at the postmaster’s discretion .... however, no lighting or scaffolding may be set up, and no picture can depict any Postal Service employee, customer, security camera, or cover of mail (i.e., the exterior of a mailpiece, which would show customer name and address among other things). Postmasters may restrict any and all photography if they determine that it is disruptive or there are potential security concerns.

You need to take some classes about the laws and rules of the facility. Really bad behavior from the people that works there. even the supervisior didnt know better. shame.

Fire that woman supervisor who refused to identify, she obviously does not know nothing about rules and regulations of conduct in post offices and she called police for a law abiding citizen. She made a problem out of nothing because she thinks everyone must obey her. They refused the service and refuse to identify to a member of public.

What happens when your employees refuse service to the public? What is the full name of the supervisor at the Rio Vista, CA office? What is the name of the post master at the Rio Vista, CA office? How does someone file a complaint regarding a employee’s poor performance at the Rio Vista, CA office?

Rio Vista CA PO: 1960's cinder block architecture. Lovely staff; very efficient & very customer oriented. Except the postmaster; sorry, but he's clueless; needs to stay in his office, away from customers .
