Good luck trying to reach anyone. The only reason I gave 1 star is becauseI can't find a way to leave less.

Why would a mail carrier leave a package that was torn open? It’s very easy to see if the customer is home to make them aware that the package is damaged so that there may and I mean “may” be something that could be done about the fact that maybe some the contents may be missing. This was not how this was handled. The doorbell rings, I walked to the door as I hear the truck pulling away and there is my package with a small tear on the front. As I lift my package the back feels torn. There is a large tear with some items falling out. This is unacceptable. Trying to get ahold of customer service about this for the past hour has been a joke. Hold time is over one hour so they text a link and the link will only help if someone actually gets back to me. I don’t have faith that this will happen. And my daily mail is usually brought to me by my neighbor!!!! I used to feel bad about all the ways we can make internet payments, emails etc hurting the postal service, not anymore. 🥴

I feel like mail doesn't come everyday. Today the flag on my neighbor's mailbox was up when I got home at 10ish. It is 830pm and it is still up.

Although I understand there is no set time for a courier to deliver mail by, I think 8:00pm is a bit late and unacceptable. We did not get our mail until this time last night and this has happened more than once. Its also upsetting to know the mail we had going out probably did not make the intended destination timeframe

I am trying to request a "vacation hold" on my mail and I was told it could be done on the website. I can't find it. Please advise.
