I would sincerely appreciate it if you would pay attend the when the time changes. It happens twice a year. Each time this happens tú forget to make whatever adjustment needs to be made on the timer for the lobby. Once again I and several other paying customers have arrive before the stated closing time and find the lobby doors are locked. Perhaps you could institute a policy or procedure with a checklist which requires a change be made when appropriate. Your assistance is appreciated.
I'm having same issue but my package was delivered somewhere up there I live in ALABAMA! i cant get anyone on the phone at post off to see where it was taken.

Why doesn't anyone answer the phone at the Rialto post office? I tried several times today and nothing. Very frustrating and annoying. Anyone else have this same problem? Who can we report this problem to?
Unhappy. We just moved to the city and they are not delivering our mail. They did for two weeks then suddenly stopped because our mailbox was not in the proper place. We were never informed. Then when they did inform us, one person gave us a deadline, the next two days we still weren’t getting mail, we called and they said they would give us time, then we got a notice to do it ASAP. Nobody knows what their doing, lack of communication and understanding of protocol, and we simply are being told different things and meanwhile we haven’t received our mail in the last few days. Way to be welcomed to the neighborhood. Extremely disappointed and frustrated.
Our neighbor does not have a mail box, it got damaged. We are getting their mail into our mailbox and not our own. Per informed delivery usps, we were supposed to get a letter from the IRS and dont have it ?!? I keep calling Rialto post office with no answer.
Our mail keeps getting returned to sender. This includes tax forms like our W2s sent back to our employers and invoices sent back to service providers. Birthday cards are sent back as well. Not sure what is happening, but it is labeled with "not deliverable as addressed" even though the address is correct.. what is going on???
I just moved to Rialto 2 months ago and haven't received any mail after 2 months after repeatedly contacting the office and asking for this to be corrected. I know the mail lady knows who i am by now by the constant inquires but still is sending my mail back or forwarding it, i'm still not sure which yet as i've been told 2 different things each time i contact them. It's so frustrating as all mail has been mailed to my old house i'm in the process of selling, 300 miles from me, or it's been sent back to the sender. Wow, i wish i had some other way of receiving mail besides the post office. After this experience i'm gonna be doing everything i can online bill pay. Hopefully this grumpy, over worked mail carrier will retire soon, cause her i don't care attitude is not okay with my mail or anyone elses.
Our cluster mailbox on W. Via Bello Drive has been vandalized repeatedly. Today, April 20th, 2017 the entire backside metal cover appears to have been forced open with a crow bar type tool as all the resident mail slots are completely open and exposed. This is a liability and concern for privacy and theft of our mail delivery as the entire cluster box is badly damaged. Please investigate and repair our mailboxes. Thank you.
Where is my vacation Hold Mail?? I have called the 909-875-4064 and no one ever answers. I have called 800-275-8777 and have a case number for my issue. The last 3 or 4 times I have used Hold Mail I do not get it delivered until I speak to my mailman. I finally used Hold Mail for ME to pick up . . . and it was delivered! Why is this a problem?? People go on vacation and use this program so their mail doesn't fill up our tiny boxes.
I just saw an alternate ph# of 909-820-0363 on a previous review and called ~ ~ lo, and behold it was immediately answered and the postal worker said he found my mail and will deliver it to me within the hour! Now that is "service"; but, a wee bit late. .

I as well have the same problem of them misplacing my packages(that have tracking numbers) and mail and it's been going on for months already. All my information is correct its the postman's fault that keeps misplacing them also no one answers from that number, it appears to be disconnected no matter how many times you call them
Rialto post office has lost multiple packages of mine. This is unacceptable, the careless delivery and misplacing package is ridiculous. I've received packages from my neighbors all the time. We need someone to please investigate why so many packages are delivering to the wrong destination. Zip code 92377 please help.
Actually, all items must be properly classified for the employee to locate said items. That is, a parcel must be classified or submitted by he receiver as a parcel, not a registered letter. Without accurately detailed information, successfully locating said item is significantly reduced. I am sorry but, these are the facts.
