Where is my DANG'D package?!??!?!? Tracking was going great till it stopped off at your phantom zone of a location. Get your hogwash together.
Checking every day that my package is still stuck at your Slowpoke Rodriguez location and no indication that its even been looked at is FRUSTRATING!!!!!! It said it arrived 5 days ago and now it's stuck on screensaver mode. Send it already, or is it too hard? I mean, you're only 2 hours away, that package should've been delivered at least the next day from when you received it. You guys are the WORST!
I have been waiting for a package for over a month and its been held at the facility and what I can so I can just go pick it up.. I am lied to they tell me its already at The upland location

I ordered a item from overseas on the 8th of January, it arrived in the United States by the 10th of January and was cleared in customs on the 11th of January, and now it has been sitting in Bloomington California for 10 days or more. Bloomington California is about 40 miles away from where I live .Either Send my baggage or tell me how I can come pick it up since it is too hard to get From Bloomington to Victorville California. 👎🏽Stop holding my baggage and send it to me ASAP !. 👎🏽
My package has been at your usps facility since January 7th and has not moved please respond as to when I might receive what was suppose to be a Christmas gift. I guess it will be a forth of july gift now.

Where is my package and when are you guys sending them out? I notification since 12/18 saying your facility has it. What is going on we all want answers? We are all waiting for X-mas gifts that some of our loved one did not get. Very disappointing!!
Looks like I’m in the same boat as everyone else. Waiting on 3 packages that are Christmas gifts. Been sitting at this facility since December 14th. No information provided about when they’ll arrive or what the delay is.
Holy cow, after reading the previous messages, extremely delayed packages seem to be a real issue for this facility. My Christmas cards left Shutterfly on December 9th and went to this facility and they have been sitting there ever since. My tracking # is 4209455292612927005233000000937073. It appears that my Christmas cards are going to become Happy New Year cards but after reading the comments, they may not even make it by then. I live in Northern California and it should only take a day for it to get here from Southern California. By the way, does someone from the postal service actually read these comments and try to resolve the problem? This section says that postal employees do not read these comments.

I am having the exact same issue, my over seas package has also been sitting at the location for over a week. I don't know how it makes it across the world and through customs faster then our postal service.

Talk to your shipping partner Pitney bowes. They are absolutely awful and it seems like they can’t do their jobs correctly. My package has been stuck at their garbage facility since December 3rd. I expected a delay but not this much of a delay. It’s bs.
Wow my packages have been stuck in this location since November 17 and contacted usps and they are no help at all. Are you guys stealing or just sleeping at your jobs??? It’s ridiculous to have 1 month stuck when I live next door state!!!! NV
Based on the reviews below this seems to be where packages go to die. My package has been at this facility for 15 days and has not moved. After reading the reviews below it seems to be a common issue and usps doesn't seem to be doing anything to resolve it. Terrible.

Had bad customer service with Patricia(supervisor) ,very rude & not helpful at all, I was very disappointed with the postal service that you would have/tolerate this kind of attitude toward your customer.
