Yes, I noticed this. My escrow company didn't give me the PO box keys and I don't know what to do. My mail is already being forwarded

I live in the Anacapa Beach Homes community in Port Hueneme and yesterday July 31st at about 1600. Our mailman was driving erratically out of the neighborhood at very unsafe speeds. I tried to tell him to slow down and he gave me the most evil menacing look. He is a psychopath. He is a older white male with a very sloppy appearance. I have been watching him for awhile because he has been displaying very unusual behavior. He lingers around the neighborhood for a excessive amount of time after the mail is delivered. This guy is for sure a sexual predator! He is unfit for his duty and he is stalking on the women and children in our community. If something isn’t done I’m going to report him to the sheriffs department.
