I have been waiting for an important letter from Sentry for more than a week and then yesterday in my USPS app tells me that I was going to received it monday April 20, 2020. I did for my regular mail but didn't get the one I was waiting for. So these is the second time these happen to me. Last time it was delivered to my neighbor's house which he return to me cause he's a good person. But I am worried about these letter from sentry it's a check and I have bad neighbors as well they can tare it or throw it away like I said I do have bad neighbors very few are good. I ask the post man I was supposed to get 4 form of mail and only received 3 and he kind of nervous. I even told him these is not the first time it was delivered to the wrong address but good thing it was a nice person and return it to me that same day. But now still waiting for my lost letter since yesterday I am worried.

I’ve had 2 packages never arrive to my home. They were being tracked and arrived on the 7/29/19 and I never got it. I hope you guys don’t leave packages on the doorstep without a signature or answer. Thing is I had my sister home all day and no one ever brought it to the house

I have been trying to get someone from the Post Office on the phone for well over two hours. When I called 800-275-8777 I sat on hold for over an hour before I hung up. I then found a number for the Oxnard office and sat on hold until it automatically disconnected me. I have called them back several times and have gotten cut off every time. I'm only writing this to make myself feel better. I'm not surprised at all that it says on this page that "Comments below are not read by postal employees." Who does read them? I'm guessing no one. So what is the point of even having this here?

Went out of town for a couple days. Had a package arrive last week 5/29/18. Wasn't able to go get it until I returned on Sunday 6/3/18. Also had another small package delivered. Went out to my mailbox (Apt.) & only found Saturday's mail. All the rest of my mail was gone including one of my packages with my dogs meds. What is wrong with this postmen that he take my mail to God knows where. I want it back!!!

My package said in transit to destination (home) since Jan 3rd but it is not arrived yet. I came to Oxnard Post office and they can not find the package either . It is probably lost.

I think this postal office offers a horrible service. They are not delivering my packages or even attempting to.
