This office is not user friendly. They took away 7-8 parking spaces making it next to impossible to find parking. I started going to my POBox on Sundays only to find the lobby locked. How are we supposed to access our mail?

When I call the local office number, nobody ever picks up the phone, and I've called many times because carriers keep leaving my outgoing mail even when the red flag is up. The following is a message I tried to send but couldn't:dditional Information I placed an outgoing letter in my mailbox and raised the flag. I then sat on my porch bench to keep my letter safe and make sure the carrier picked it up. Well, the carrier arrived, and I kept eye contact. He looked at me, and placed mail in some mailboxes because he didn't open mine. I then saw him getting back in the vehicle, and I waved at him, but he didn't seem to see me. He drove away without picking up my letter from my mailbox that had the red flag up. I rushed to the mailbox, took out my letter, called out: hello! The flag was up! He replied: Oops. I didn't even see it. I then said: You guys are always doing this. It's true because the same thing happened about two weeks ago with the other carrier. He, too, didn't pick up my outgoing mail even though I also sat outside on my porch bench, and the red flag was up. That day I also had to catch up to the carrier and hand over my outgoing mail. I'm sure the previous one talked to this one to mess with me and my mail because I've complained about serious delivery/none delivery or pick up/none pick up issues. I purposely stay home and sit outside to make sure nobody messes with my mail like it's happened a few times before. ***THERE's NO OPTION FOR DID NOT PICK UP MY MAIL FROM THE MAILBOX.

I have been calling the Oxnard PO on “C” St. for 2 days and no one picks up the phone. It automatically disconnects after you’ve been on hold for 2 minutes. We lost our mail box keys and ordered new ones ($85 by the way!) and just wanted to know where and how to get them. Not that difficult a question to get answered. Unfortunately our mail carrier is rude and unfriendly. He’s no help at all! His answer is always “I don’t know - talk to the post office.” The SAME office that won’t answer their phone. SO FRUSTRATING!!! We live in Oceana off Patterson Rd. I know this won’t help - but at least I get to vent!!

Mail carrier has a really bad attitude and also lies about animals being on property. I know he's just LAZY! I tell him thank you all the time and he just ignores it like I'm the lazy butthole... Dude needs to grow a pair of balls and man the heck up

My debit cards were taken from the Oxnard post office. Not my mail box as it is locked but from the office itself. Then the cards were attempted to be used locally in Oxnard arround the post office. Bank stoped cards and issued new ones but made no report to post office. How do you make such a report?

Our mail carrier didn’t close the right panel of our shared mail box good so it is wide open when I picked up our mail early this morning. It is by Martin Luther King Drive behind Pacifica High School.

Do u have the outgoing lettered mail pick up times listed for the post offices? All I could find is the last pickup time for the whole day. I tried calling and I cant get through on the phone lines. I get put on hold and then a busy signal. Are the times the same at each office or are they different? Thank you! Barbara

I have been waiting for an important letter from Sentry for more than a week and then yesterday in my USPS app tells me that I was going to received it monday April 20, 2020. I did for my regular mail but didn't get the one I was waiting for. So these is the second time these happen to me. Last time it was delivered to my neighbor's house which he return to me cause he's a good person. But I am worried about these letter from sentry it's a check and I have bad neighbors as well they can tare it or throw it away like I said I do have bad neighbors very few are good. I ask the post man I was supposed to get 4 form of mail and only received 3 and he kind of nervous. I even told him these is not the first time it was delivered to the wrong address but good thing it was a nice person and return it to me that same day. But now still waiting for my lost letter since yesterday I am worried.

I have been trying to get someone from the Post Office on the phone for well over two hours. When I called 800-275-8777 I sat on hold for over an hour before I hung up. I then found a number for the Oxnard office and sat on hold until it automatically disconnected me. I have called them back several times and have gotten cut off every time. I'm only writing this to make myself feel better. I'm not surprised at all that it says on this page that "Comments below are not read by postal employees." Who does read them? I'm guessing no one. So what is the point of even having this here?

Went out of town for a couple days. Had a package arrive last week 5/29/18. Wasn't able to go get it until I returned on Sunday 6/3/18. Also had another small package delivered. Went out to my mailbox (Apt.) & only found Saturday's mail. All the rest of my mail was gone including one of my packages with my dogs meds. What is wrong with this postmen that he take my mail to God knows where. I want it back!!!
