Absolutely HORRENDOUS service. They're only open 4 hours a day and half the time not even that. Their rules are ridiculous about letting other people-who live in your household and have the ID to prove it and are also listed as box holder-pick up your mail. They will return mail that doesn't have a PO Box listed on it. They hound you repeatedly to pay your box fees by sending emails and putting notes in your box. Worst of all, if they put your email in someone else's PO Box their answer is "people make mistakes." Why that's so helpful! Too bad I'll never receive what I paid for. You have wonder what they do all day. It must be so taxing sorting the mail for a tiny town like ours.
