No accountability. I submitted a change of address effective 8/1/21 and as of 11/8/21 No mail has been received. I received confirmation my change of address was processed. I called and the 925-228-2722 and spoke w/Keith. I asked if my mail is sitting in a bucket in a corner, or is it returned to the sender. I offered to provided the Confirmation Code and he didn't want it. He looked up my addressed and said I see the change of address was submitted. The forwarding address is valid. Let me check w/the carrier and get back to you....Stay tuned...

I just found out that most of my mail has been sent back with the message “there’s no such address”. Fast track & doctor bill along with late fees and penalties . The I live in has been here for 75 years and I’ve lived here for 16 years . The house is well marked . I’m pissed off . The USPS gave me a BS excuse about the regular carrier being o vacation . Long vaco since this has been going on , on & off since 11/20 . I guess the carrier’s these days are too stupid and inept to find a house on a street that has only 10 house’s on it. Jeez !

So,our neighborhood (Diablo View) has not had mailed delivered for two days. Also retail packages with tracking numbers that were supposed to be delivered on the last two days of no mail have some total BS response about "Attempted delivery - not able to access location". Complete dishonesty and fraud. On the days the tracking says delivery was attempted I was home with garage door open.

My mail also arrives on a usual basis well past 7PM. Sometimes as late as 9PM. It is obvious when the "usual" mail person doesn't deliver as the mail arrives before 5 (absolute rarity). After 6 years of this at the same address, one would think there would be an effort to change up the mail routes between carriers so that the same poor saps are not ALWAYS getting their mail late. Most people I tell that don't live in the Alhambra are in disbelief when I tell them how late my mail is delivered. I'd pay to put a box at the curb if that made things faster and easier.

We are used to getting our residential mail delivered late in the afternoon, around 2 to 3 PM. But lately mail doesn't arrive until around 7 PM or later. What is happening and why so very late?

Why is it that martinez delivery of mail is such an issue? They literally skip days of delivery and who can afford to wait around for days. With mail theft so common place this really sucks not getting important packages and such when they are supposed to arrive.

Had a delivery VAC delivery hold end date 7/22/2018. It is Sat 7/21/2018, 14:30 hr., delivery made on th block before noon, except for me in Hidden Lakes.. "Carrier delivers accumulated mail". Wrong, unreliable.

I have a package out for delivery, it’s 8:25pm.. our mail usually comes late but sometimes it doesn’t come at all and I’m not sure if I should keep waiting or if it’s going to be a day the mail just won’t come. We residents don’t get any notification as to if we will get mail or not. With package and identity theft rampant you’d think the post office would be more diligent...it’s very disappointing

I live in the Tavan Estates area. We have had no mail delivery for five days!!! The USPS web complaint site is disabled to prevent complaints. When I try to find out what the problem is all I get is lies. Where is my mail? Will USPS pay late charges on bills as they refuse to deliver??? The Martinez supervisor should fired. My next call is to the media. Martinez USPS does not give a damn.

Why publish a telephone number if it is not answered? I have been trying to call the Martinez main post office on Alhambra all morning and twice someone picked up and hung up on me without saying anything. What is the point of having a phone number posted on the website if nobody is going to answer it? Worst service imaginable. This is exactly why irate people end up down there yelling at usps employees. I will be doing the same on my lunch hour.

Terrible service where I live. Mail always arrives late in the day and on Monday 6/5/2017 we received no delivery at all. I had two(2) bill payments in the box with the flag up for 21/2 days. You need to get rid of all the dead weight in your post office and hire more qualified, better people.

Mail to Muirwood Square has not been delivered for a few days. No notice given and can't get anyone to answer at the post office. I work all day and can't get to the PO before they close to find out what is going on. Poor service!

There has been no delivery of mail to my house for 4 days. This is not acceptable. I expect one day every so often to be missed, as I've heard that the postal service in Martinez is not so reliable, but FOUR days? I've been expecting two important deliveries for a week, and I am quite concerned.

Delivery person is a liar, was home with lights on and heard mail delivered but not the package that was tracked to be delivered. Tracking, says "attempted delivery and left a notice". Lie. No notice left. No doorbell rang, no knock.

I was expecting a package to be delivered on Saturday, tracking said it would be here at or around 3 pm. Waited for it, never came, checked tracking, still said in transit. This morning, I check the tracking, says attempted delivery and left a notice. No notice to be found. I can't believe how bad this delivery service is. And this isn't the first occurrence of poor service.

Old motto - Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds. New motto- Its a government job. Poor service is not only expected, we require it.

I haven't received any post for 4 days...not a flyer, nor junk, not a bill to be found. Just nothin'. I have important things I'm expecting. I swear the dude only drops to 2 or 3 houses of his choosing and then kicks off for the night. Sometimes, if he can be bothered to show up at all, he wont rattle down the street until 8 pm. Not cool, Martinez postal service. Not cool.

So I put out a bill to be picked up on Saturday. It was put out at 8 am on Saturday with the flag UP and I come home on Sunday at 3 pm and GUESS WHAT my bill is still in my f***ing mail Box. I will be calling the Post Master and complaining again about what idiots that run the Martinez post office. I am also asking for my money back as I will have to delivery my BILL on my own. And the government doesn't understand why people are tired of the service we get. I will have to say the people doing our route are the worst, inconsiderate people out there and they all should be fired. Please fired and Re-Vamp the Martinez post office and all the people who work there. This isn't the first of many complaints that I have made and by the looks of it will be continued to make them until something is done. So SAD that these people represents the US Government
