Pollock Pines Post Office is a disaster. The wrong mail is always in our mail box and we get mail belonging to others. When we send out mail it takes forever for the mail to get to the destination. So now we make the drive to Placerville to mail our mail. Something needs to be done about this.

I have contacted my Congressman regarding the consistent incompetency of this Post Office, i.e., a request to investigate this Post Office was made on 1/8/2021 due to at least a dozen failures to deliver my mail/packages. Consequently, in the next month or so, I expect to hear from my U.S. Representative about this matter.

I been waiting these 3 package that I should got it and never show up my house and it been almost 1 and half month waiting. Where are their responsibilities to make sure the address is correct.

MY PACKAGES GET SENT BACK ALL THE TIME AND THE PERSON SENDING SAYS THAT THEY SAY ITS NOT THE CORRECT ADDRESS OR ADDRESS DOES NOT EXHIST,, IT ABSOLUTELY IS THE RIGHT ADDRESS AND THIS HAS BEEN REALLY ANOYING FOR BOTH THE PERSON SENDING AND RECIVING SHIPPING IS NOT CHEAP AND YOU CANT GET THOUGH TO ANYONE ON THE PHONE CUSTMER SERVICE SUCK!

I have not received my mail, since Feb. 28, 2019. I filed a complaint for the month of February, for lost mail, and surprise, surprise, it all showed up on February 28, 2019, after I went to the post office 3 times, and they told me I had no mail. Now, again, I'm not receiving my mail, again! It's been six days now. I again went down to post office and again, they said no mail. What is wrong with this post office????!!!!!!!!!!

I have not received any mail or packages for at least four days also I was notified by Amazon that could not deliver . I didn't receive any notification of failure to deliver Can you help correct this issue Thank you Mark
