Postal Locations

This is a terrible post office. I sent my son a letter via certified mail. It has been two weeks and he still has not received it. He went to the main post office and was told that it was put on vacation hold Dash which we never requested. Then he went to the vacation hold post office and was told that the letter carrier is new on this route and they have no idea what this person did with my sons letter. They offered no solution.

Paul, a white older make and an older Asian woman are rude, lazy and inconsiderate of customers. They are also EXTREMELY slow when performing their tasks. Today, I entered the post office to pick up my mail from my PO Box. The entry door was LOCKED! All lights were OFF. It appears that no one showed up to open the post office!!! The manager of this branch needs to be disciplined for his/her operation of this post office.
