Called a couple of times, no one answers the phone, Gov't at its finest

We had a delivery from Amazon go missing. It was recorded as delivered but we never received it or a notice to go to the post office to pick it up. My husband went down to the post office yesterday morning and spoke to the employees there. He was told they would contact our carrier and the carrier would be calling my husband. We have not heard from the carrier yet. We have received other peoples package and mail in the past. It happens at least 4 times a year or more.( we have lived in this area for almost 7 years). We always return the mail or package. This is not acceptable service. I lived in Glendora Ca. for over 30 years and only received 2 letters that were not addressed to my address..

I had the same the same problem several times I had packages “delivered “ but nowhere to be found. I suspect the personnel working there , I also had my stimulus debit card missing never received it, bad service and experience.

When ever I all the man on the phone is ALWAYS so rude and arguementive. This man should not be on the phone and he needs to learn ustomer servie. I am nice when I call and he is always a jerk.

Why is the phone always off the hook once they open???? So frustrating!
