Today I realized after almost 20 years having a P.O. Box at Pebble Beach the customer service I had grown to love is gone. New employees with new attitudes. They refused and sent back as undeliverable two parcels yesterday. I don’t have a mail box because I’m not here half the year. In the past if by accident a parcel was sent to my home address they would hold it because they knew I had a P.O. Box. Today they choose to send it back instead of holding it. Why, because the new employees don’t seem to care. It’s a very sad day when a very small post office with not very many customers stopped caring. It took more effort to refuse it than hold it for me.
