I'm not one to submit complaints but I have to agree with other comments regarding Linda. She's very rude, quick to snap and condescending. Not only that, she's made me wait for up to a half hour so that she could have a personal conversation with co-workers and she's very slow. I cringe when I see her at the window because it's going to be awhile to be helped.

Horrible Customer Service at this location. Linda, the swing is so rude to all customers. She is condescending and Rude, especially to the elderly and Senior Citizens. Robin only orders the stamps "She" likes instead of offering a wider assortment of stamps offered by the USPS. When Mikail is there, He is "very" Polite, apologizes to the customers who are waiting patiently in line while Robin or Slow Poke Linda help customers. Why they even bring Old Blonde Rude Linda back to this office is beyond us. Everyone in this neighborhood has complained to those in charge at Pasadena USPS main station, yet Lazy Rude Linda still returns. Sometimes when I see her there, I leave and go to the Altadena office instead where the postal employees are polite. Though my Mailbox is at the Mentor location. Please Stop sending Linda to this office. Robin has told customers that Linda loves to confuse we customers and laughs about how rude she is to us behind closed doors and with other USPS employees. Is she the type of employee you really want representing the good name of the USPS? I sure hope not, because her rudeness isn't appreciated especially by me, a handicapped man who has trouble standing in line for hours on end just to pick up a package or ship mail. She has got to go. Tonight I needed to ask a question about paying my Post Office Box bill, due tomorrow Saturday a day this office is closed, and no one there would answer the phone. I called the 800 # and there isn't anywhere there to ask about my POBox payment either. Very frustrated.

Postal service in this location gets more expensive, no human kindness, politeness selective: the result--growing lines...
