Postal Locations

I just returned from the PO at 2271 Lake Avenue. The two mail boxes in the front are jammed with mail. I easily could have pulled other mail out of the slot. I used a nail file to push all the mail into the box. I know it is a holiday but I still thought there were scheduled pick ups. Not a good situation

820 E Sacramento St, Altadena, ca 91001, has been a day late (this week) and a couple of days (last week) we didn't receive any mail at all. My husband checked the mail yesterday morning and there was (6/4 mail), we checked today about 4:00pm & yesterday's (6/5) mail was there. Then at 5:15 pm today the mailman just dropped off today's mail. The problem is the mailman is coming later & later so it appears we are a day behind in the mail or he's holding it. Our mail is usually delivered between 10:00 & 10:30 daily.

Answer your phone!! So difficult to work with this PO!! Asked them to hold mail while on Vacation. I filled out the form; following protocol but came home to mail spilling onto the ground! I often receive other mail. It would be nice if the staff could pay attention and make an effort!! Answer your phone at least!!!!!!

Post Office know longer answer Telephones at local offices.
i drive to Altadena Post Office, Clerk (Counter) refuse to put Letter in
Postal Box at his location said it has to go thru system. When i worked for Postal (Chatsworth) we Cancelled Stamp then put Mail in P.O. Box. I can't believe the Postal Clerk can possibly be more WRONG in doing his Job Delivering Mail to the P.O. Box at his location.Young Asian guy who seem to make his own Rules to follow.

I live at 2700 N. Lake in Altadena
The postman doesn't close the gate or maybe because it's wrought iron gate and when he slams it
It doesn't catch. Could you please ask him to slow down and close it.
