Postal Locations

Punished for a crime I didn't commit. The Mailbox cluster was burglarized and vandalized. Because the HOA or Post Office have not repaired or replaced the mailboxes the Paramount Post Office choose to "RETURN TO SENDER" all my mail without prior notification or arrangements. This has caused return of Social Security warrants/documents, bank statements, cancellations of policies, return of medications, Income Tax documents, etc. which has caused late payments and bounced payments due to insufficient funds. The Paramount Post Office required that PAY for and open a PO Box & submit Forward Mail to PO Box. When reviewing the daily USPS Informed Delivery I continue to have missing mail. As a government company I am very disappointing with the customer service and support provided by the PO. As this is a situation the residents did not cause or are able to solve as individuals they are not the property owner of the cluster of mailboxes. Greatly appreciated if ALL mail is forwarded to PO BOX.

Last year 2021 I mailed certified letter and I want return receipt so I paid for both paramount post office charges. Weeks went on I'm waiting for my paid return receipt for my letter it is not on my mail box. I called Paramount Post Office phone nos. a female answered she voice told me to call back after one week. I did that. I phone called after one week a female voice answered "she said it is not on our computers yet, call afTer one week". I did that. I waited more than one week. I called paramount post office again female voice answered me she said "it is not on our computers yet, call again". I said "Maybe you did not deliver my letter (address in Washington) that is why it is not back to your post office to your computers record. She shouted to me "Whacko". They violate you verbally abuse you deliberate disrecpect you bully you they do not get punishment it has become acceptable, fashion trendy to violate maltreat their customers, patrons. patrons.

Don't bother checking tracking numbers. This post office delivers your mail when they feel like it.

Paramount Post Office is a joke, they hire these people who don't want to work in undesirable conditions even though they knew of this before hand. They also hire management staff who have never carried mail as well as promote workers after 1 year to supervisors who then think they're all that but have no clue to any of the routes besides the one they did. A supervisor should know all routes along with filling in for any absent mail carrier instead of sitting in the office! Paramount Post Office is also very rude when you visit in person, I don't think any of them want to work as they keep going thru managers who don't do anything about their service and complaints. I thank God our carrier is an awesome person who takes care of his residents and we look out for him by giving him cold drinks when it's hot and making sure he's not messed with.

I am postal employee the service at the Paramount office was terrible. I try to get a passport the clerk was rude as f***. That how angry I am. They need to randomly check this clerks.

Our post officer refused to deliver mail because a car was blocking him but he chose to get out of his vehicle to deliver mail to another residence. He was rude and drove past my house and my neighbors house and said there was not mail but I watched him from the window and he did not even look for mail for the houses. the address is 15127 Rancho Centina Road and 15121 Rancho Centina Road. He is holding on to our mail and given we are need to stay in shelter with Coavid-19 we should not have to go to the post office to get our mail.

This post office is the worse post office I have ever had to deal with. I had a hold put on my mail per the "managers" directions. The hold was for 30 days. I came in 3 weeks later to check on my mail because I was expecting some expensive packages only to be told they had delivered all of my mail, never holding anything. Then when asked how to file a claim about the delivered packages, the same manager told me to contact the companies I purched the stuff from and see if they would refund the cost of the orders, because they were delivered wrong! Are you serious? How can I file a claim with the post office I asked him. He replied.... Well I guess you could do that, but they will do a investigation he said. Good, you mean they will find out that I did just as you told me to do and my mail was delivered anyway? I never did get the form from him to fill out. Had to take time off work 3 times just to find out I was screwed in every way I could be. Almost $200 in merchandise I will never see. Now I get some legal mail delivered pon Saturday, I'm looking at the envelopes and they have the end tabs of certified mail labels. I never signed for anything! But 4 envelopes containing certified mail(the ones that have to be signed for) had been put in my mailbox. How can the postman sign for your legal mail? I live alone and did not even hear the mailman drive up. Never mind did he knock on my door, nor did I sign for anything. I may have to have the mailman subpeniaed to my court case. This is out of control!!!

Yesterday my neighbor brought over some of my mail that had been delivered to her again and this mail was dated 12 one I don’t know why my mailman can deliver my mail to my house like I said this is happened before and I don’t know how to get this taken care of . I also think it’s been a few months since we’ve had the same post man or person they seem to change all the time . I have been calling the post office all morning it rings about 10 times and then they hang up .

NEVER DELIVER PACKAGES TO YHE RIGHT APARTMENTS HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE THEY ALL ARE LIARS AND HAVE BAD ATTITUDES!!!! HORRIBLE POST OFFICE!

this is the worst USPS, they never deliver my packages! they are so lazy...

Why is that the Paramount Post Office sucks so much ass? How can a box with a shipping label securely on the box get lost and not scanned? Why have new technology if you're not going to use it.

How is it the mail carrier,Bruce, is able to sign for my certified mail from the Somerset/Paramount Homeowner's Association illegally fining me, but when I send an appeal letter back to them via certified U.S. mail it is lost and my money is returned to me? My mail carrier is controlled by Al-Quada...

That's a sick joke advertising the Postal Svc is hiring so you can take advantage & MONEY from people who are desperate for a job.They're not hiring full time employees & haven't been since I worked for them in the 90's.SHAME ON YOU!
