Last year I was getting packages that don't have my name or address on the packages three times. I returned them to the address on the packages and informed the post office. A few weeks later I received letter from a neighbor down the street informing me my package was delivered to her and she returned it. She wD waiting for a package that was overdue and asked if it was delivered to me. I told her no. We got together and went to co.plain as I have before and the only person working was a girl and she said there was nothing she could do. We asked to talk to a supervisor, who was out on the road. We waited for an hour and the supervisor never came knowing there was two people waiting to speak to her. This is exactly what happened to me last time. The Mentone personnel are rude and don't care about customer service and don't help us. I never did get three packages that tracking showed divered to me from three different places and no one steals me packages because I have a gate and Beware of Dog sign on it. I was going to write aetter to the postmaster and forgot. I will write them now. .entire Post Office is so unreliable and their customer service socks. I guess they don't do backgrounds on anyone.

So I just left the Mentone post office today at 12:30 pm on March 3, and the guy who was taping boxes was so rude. So as I was walking into the post office I fell in the rock pathway to the door. My knee was bleeding and I was shaken up already. So i walk in, and walk up to the counter and say " Hello, I need a money order for $10.06". The guy working doesnt greet me or say hello. All he does is yell to the back "can you help her!" So a lady comes out and is super nice. I start to tell her I need a money order and I start crying. I tell her I'm in pain because I just fell super hard outside on my knees in the rocks. She was very nice and asked me if I was ok. I tell her I'm ok just in pain, and continue to ask for my money order. As she starts to do my money order, she says to her co worker *the guy who was rude to me earlier "omg she just fell outside" and he says something close to "dont try to sue to post office". He doesnt ask if I'm ok or anything. I just thought it was very rude, considering I'm in tears and how rude he was prior. I understand that the post office is busy but I was the only person in there and was not treated kind at all by the man working.

Can we have our mail delivered to my daughter, Nicole Hebbard at 36880 Kilkare Rd. Mentone or can you hold our mail for us to pick up at the post office. This request is for me and also my neighbor Dorothy Womack.

This morning while on my way to work a hispanic man driving a box truck with Alfraro Jr Trucking on the door of the cab with J8 on the side above the wheel and Postal Service on the back roll up door. This happened in front of the Mentone Post in Mentone California office going west. I was in the west bound lane and this man literally pulled out in front of me causing me to enter the other lane to avoid collision. This driver is dangerous and has no regard for laws regarding right of way. I have seen this truck pull out in front of a woman with 2 children going the same way. Fortunantly there were no cars parked on the road or she would have hit them trying to avoid a collision with this truck. Obviously this driver has no concern regarding other peoples lives or property.
