Very disappointed with this post office when you call them whoever I spoke to is rude won't help me with my missing package won't help me with my missing mail according to the app that says it was delivered and I do not have it I do not understand why they did not try to help when it's their job to deliver it.. your app says what my to get and then it says it has been delivered and yet it has not I have not received it

The last few years I have problems with my mail not being delievered right. If I have a package delivered they tie around my mail box instead of being delivered to my house. A few times they didnt even deliever mail cause "the road was closed" . The road wasnt closed. Several times Ive had mail damaged. And today I recieved a magazine and it is tore to shred and un readiable. I have contacted New York Street post office several times. They seem to not care.

The mail man for Baldwin Ave is the worst mail man I have ever seen , not only did he pepper spray my baby girl when she was just walking but he complained until he did not have to deliver my mail , I had to pick it up then couldn't even do that had to put a box on the street where certain people in the neighborhood could get into it then any certified mail that comes he will not bring it to the door to be signed for so I have to go to the Post office where I am told he has it on him , I ask him he says go to the Post office , IM TIRED OF THE GAMES THIS MAN IS PLAYING AND THE HARDSHIP MY FAMILY HAS GONE THRU BECAUSE OF IT !!!! FIX THIS OR I WILL HAVE TO GO TO LAW ENFORCEMENT AND PEOPLE HIGHER IF NEEDED , THANK YOU

Dear postal staff at New York St. for the past several months while on patrol for ESRI I have found your outside mail box's blocked so the mail does not go into the box. I have notified your staff 3 timesI have to back several hour later and tell them again. Your people asked us to watch them, if your not going to take care of the issue maybe its time that the customers know about your lack of value of our mail. As a postal user I am not happy.

One or several workers here are thieves, plain and simple. They steal money and gift cards out of the outgoing mail. Over and Over again.

i live at 626 N. Dearborn Street, Redlands, CA a mobile home park. About a year ago you took away our mail box. You said we should put out going mail in our individual mail boxes, and over and over and over, outgoing mail gets missed even when I put a sticky on the front saying "outgoing mail". I have no vehicle so this is an extreme hardship. In fact today's missed mail was my unemployment form, which will probably hold up my payment for this week.
