Postal carrier keep putting mail in wrong box. She’s on her phone daily and for months now we have to keep rearranging mail. I don’t care if you are on the phone but Please focus on your job!!!

THE MOST RUDE WORKERS, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I reviewed this same place last year, how are these people still working here??? Verbal altercations with customers, the most horrible attitude, raising voice, rolling eyes. 10+ people in line Just talking with friends telling stories no hurry to get to other customers The most disrespectful unnecessary experiences I've ever had, multiple times, and witnessing others have the same experience every time.

We received a certified letter on April 27, 2013 but we were not home to sign for it. My husband has been hospitalized for three weeks and I have Multiple Sclerosis. It is VERY difficult or either of us to get to the post office so we signed the pink slip left in our mailbox requesting it be delivered. It wasn't delivered as of yesterday (May 6, 2013). I called the post office and spoke with Cindy. She said that it WAS there and that it would be delivered today. I just checked our mail but it wasn't there. I believe the pink slip stated it would be returned if it hadn't been delivered within twelve days. Can someone guarantee it will be delivered tomorrow? Thank you so much for looking into this matter for us.
