Female postal worker assigned to Cazador Drive today blocked the drive way to my apartment’s carport and was not wearing a mask. In addition, one piece of mail, a paycheck to boot, was opened and taped back up. All of this is unacceptable. Please respond with the disciplinary actions that will be taken to address this. Thank you. Please respond to what

At 10:35 am today one of your trucks double parked at the Figueroa/York Starbucks and created a traffic jam. We were blocked in by her. Truck 7205272. , #42. It was not cool. Just so she could buy 2 ice teas

wow the lady running the pick up looked straight at me in line for 5 plus minutes. knowing it was my turn abs she was the only one that can help me. sad. she is a trerrible employee. not one employee cared as they watch med her be rude to me. she took ten mins to tell me the package wasn't on site. the card that was left has a check mark next to the location of the post office. my rating of her is a negative -10 not. she needs to go.

I am so upset at the lack of customer service at this location. Today I walked in at approx 9:15am with a very small box containing my damaged cell phone. There were no customers other than me, 2 employees at the counter, and another employee (Asian female) who was organizing materials. I said "Good morning" and she replied the same. She then saw I had the small box, and she quickly snapped "just drop it off right there." She pointed to a bin behind me. I said I could use a bit of tape to secure the box, and she then sternly said, "Oh, you have to purchase it!" I said " Just one slice of tape is all." and she reiterated that I had to purchase it. I was shocked, only because there was no other customers in the place. It was first thing in the morning, they had just opened! So cranky and rude. Needless to say, I left, came directly home and wrote this up. I am disappointed that the post office closest to my home has deteriorated in their customer service. I will purposefully travel an extra mile to another office. I felt a need to let you know this.
