Some of the employees here are extremely arrogant and behave like little dictators, as if this Post Office is their own personal fiefdom, not a taxpayer and customer-funded agency of the federal government created to serve the public! If you fail to obey their commands and address them with what they deem is less than suitable deference (even though their own lack of service ethics and respect for the rights of taxpaying citizens is infuriating), they will outright refuse to serve you, at best, or unleash their wrath upon you in other ways. Understandably, people patronize the Post Office branch that is most convenient to them, so if you have to go to this one, I hope you will take the time to let someone in authority know about any incidents of poor service. My experience there was horrendous. Perhaps, collectively, we can succeed in somehow upgrading the level of employee responsiveness to the customers they are paid by the taxpayers to serve.

Excellent & appreciated. This is an extraordinarily busy post office but I've not seen a better operated one. Staff is always friendly. They have a system whereby a staff member works the waiting line advising people of what they need so by the time the person gets to the counter, things move rapidly. In addition their computerized self-help machines are almost always operational.

Why hasn't anything moved yet? Why is it still in los angeles? Something VERY SUSPICIOUS is going on there. Chances are if your packages are there, guarantee that it will be lost. Someone is either stealing them or just tossing them aside just for the heck of it. This is why you never trust ANYONE with your stuff. Sad age we live in. Not even

it is ridiculous and extremely bad service that i can not actually talk to anyone regarding a small package that should of been delivered from china several days ago (according to the usps website) that is being held or is lost in the international service center los angeles
