We are not receiving any of our mail whatsoever. At first it was scarcely delivered and now nothing at all. I was told someone would call me regarding this when we went into the Culver City office this morning however no one has called us. I even called and can not get through. What can we do about this problem?

The area of Culver City, specifically in the Projects, seems to be severely lacking in coupons recieved from mail and we don't know why. Strangely enough, they seem more plentiful when substitute mail men or women deliver than in other cases. We would like to see a fix and explanation on why this appears to be the case.

USPS management and the USA GOVERNMENT have turned the USPS into a degenerate disgrace and fraud on the American public.

I went to mail my voting ballot today for the General Election and the mail drop inside the lobby was full. Clearly they were overwhelmed by the increased number of people dropping off their ballots. Didn't they prepare for this for a long time?

I have never been to a Post Office like this one on Jefferson. The line was out the door and only two of the four stations were open. The self-service machine in the lobby was broken. And the place is a mess, both cluttered and dirty.

I agree. I called their phone number and I'm not sure if I've reached someone personal phone number. It does not identify themselves as the post office. I am attempting to track a package that was suppose to take two days. I priority mailed it on the 19 of April. I'm out of town and can't get a live person via phone. I will be using FEDEX in the future.

This place is horrible. Customer service is a joke and the people who work there are rude and incompetent. Don't believe me, just check yelp or better yet, go for yourself.
