USPS delivered package to wrong address… The lady at post office stated they have an “ongoing issue with the mailman in the area” (whatever that means…Went to market st post office and they gave me (562)422-7584 number.. That never picks up… A couple of times they picked up..Spoke to Jessica then James. over the course of 2 weeks so far. They admitted to have delivered to wrong address. They promised to call us back several times.. so far 47 calls to the number… No resolution… No one is picking up. we are 12/22/2023… contacting USPS inspection and reporting mail theft

Hello my name is daphney Holmes and I'm trying to see why the mail lfy sent back my mail, she said she took it back to the post office and when I go up to the one on market they keep saying there is no mail for me up there. Route 45 has not had a regular carrier for close to a decade. One substitute in particular does not deliver, instead he uses "DLVRY EXCPT ANIMAL INTERFERENCE" repeatedly when it is near 10pm. I have a toy poodle that barks behind my 2 closed front doors but has NEVER been in the front as a busy San Antonio Drive borders my home. Tried calling the annex several times, they do not answer. Help!
