It's a no wonder people are using other means of mail service. Yesterday I received all of my neighbors mail.. none for me. Now I'm wondering who actually received my mail. My mail came today and my paycheck was not received I usually get on Wednesday or Thursday at the latest. I'm thinking whomever go my mail yesterday also got my paycheck. Now... I have to go 5 days before I can have any money. THANK USPS! Great service … NOT. Not to mention no one answers your phones to talk to someone.

This is the 3rd time in a row the lake Forest office has gotten my mail hold messed up. It's no wonder USPS is loosing business to UPS and FedEx. There are a couple of clerks that are fabulous and helpful; some that take 3x as long as others to process a mailing and I pray and cringe that I get one of the efficient clerks. Would have had to buy one stamp at a time after hours - gave up and went to CostCo to get stamps - much more efficient and not a waste of time. Your NPS score is definitely less than a 6 - learn to hear the voice of the customer and do things the right way the first time.
