In this age of the pandemic, you need to stress to your postal employees to wear a mask when delivering the mail. Just today, as I was leaving my residence, the male postal person delivering my mail, did not have on a mask, and did not try to social distance himself from me. Luckily, I had put on a mask prior to me opening my front door.

Today is the second day in a week that I (and expect other people on our street) have not received our mail. The mail normally comes between the hours of 4 PM and 5 PM. It is almost 6 PM today and our mail has not been delivered. How do I file an official complaint with someone at the post office who can find out why our mail is almost always delivered late and sometimes never delivered at all. My address is 5387 Paseo Del Lago W, Unit A, Laguna Woods.
