No one answer the phone! What is going on over there, where is management or a supervisor, who should be handling all departments, including having staff answer the phones!

I am not able to open the package box with the key provided in my mailbox on the street near my house. I am missing 3 packages marked “Delivered” yesterday. Besides receiving my package(s), I need to if more than 1 was delivered to that box before I can report any stolen. I have repeatedly called the Northwood Post Office at (714) 368-3374 … it is now 8:59 AM - no answer. Please advise.

I would like to complain about a package delivery made today, 10/6/2021. It was not our regular carrier. I heard a loud noise & then the doorbell rang. I saw the USPS truck with the driver at the stop sign on my corner. I believe the loud noise I’d heard had been her throwing or dropping my package on my doorstep. The box was very damaged & the seal was broken, so the top flap was not secured. (I took pictures.). 1 cat food is missing. This is not acceptable. The supervisor should have a discussion with this mail carrier about how to properly handle packages. I believe she might be the same carrier who previously crammed too large a package into the parcel box so I was unable to turn the lock to access my package for several days. Please discuss proper package handling with her. Thank you for your consideration.

The most incompetent staff. Got a confirmation email from eBay and checked tracking that a package was delivered to my parcel. I checked my locker and there was a key to one of the bigger parcels. I opened it and there was nothing in there! So annoyed. The post office is going to hear an earful tomorrow morning. Yeah I know, going to pull a major Karen move on their incompetent staff.
