You need to update this information because they have closed the lobby at night and we no longer have access to it24 hours a day the lobby hours are roughly between 5:00 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. depending upon what time the last worker leaves. This is outrageous! In the past 4 years, they have more than doubled the rental price for a standard small size PO box, and they keep upping the price every year to the tune of $20 or $40! and now we have less accessibility. Something needs to change either refund our money we paid and lower the price by half of what it used to be before the pandemic [because we have less features to access now!] or hire night time security guards so that the vandalism, they claim they've had, no longer happens.

Have no idea why a temp can get my mail here between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM EVERY TIME, but my regular guy can't get his @$$ here UNTIL after 4:00 PM and MOST TIMES AFTER 7:00 PM! I thought the place CLOSED AT 5:00PM? Tomorrow I CALL the PostMaster(Baiter) to ask why! This has gone on for 20 years or so. Checks that do not go where they were sent. Bills showing up late? Bills getting to where they need to go at a timely rate? GETTING MY MAIL (hopefully) the NEXT MORNING?

I am very upset with the mail carrier on Altadena Drive. I am not receiving my mail. The USPS Informed Delivery - shows the mail that I should have received on my daily 3/3/2023. Today is 3/7/2023 and I have not received my mail. This is not the first time, there have been other mail that I have not received in the last couple of weeks. PLEASE deliver my mail.

Terrible service from a woman who works at the Tustin location. I asked her to enforce my package with some tape at least and she said it wasn’t her problem and it was mine and that she couldn’t do it. Then she asked me why I didn’t ship it from a different location and I told her because this one was closer and I asked if if there was an issue with that and she said well they get the money. I mean I understand they are underfunded but a normal person isn’t going to know that and besides since when is It norm you be unprofessional and complain to a customer. I went on good terms but that’s ridiculous and let’s not leave out her horrible attitude as if she doesn’t get paid to work there.

Been a resident of Tustin for 20 years. Throughout my residency I have experienced constant problems with the timely delivery of my mail, my mail sent to the wrong address or simply never arriving. Last year it appeared to go from bad to worse. This year 2022 it plummeted. I am now receiving no mail, not even junk mail. When mail has been sent it has regularly been sent to the wrong address. Sometimes the lost mail is sent back to the sender with a "Not at this Address" written across to parcel. However, the lost mail is often never recuperated. So far this year, two checks and three important and confidential packages have been lost in the mail.

Horrible service!! My package arrived at this facility on Oct 21, 2020, and is STILL waiting to be sent to my local post office for delivery. It is now Oct 27, 2020, and NO ONE from that facility has contacted me about any issues they might be having. My local post office tracked the package but can't do anything but wait on these people. Very disgusted.

We just moved into a new office with a new vinyl sign attached to the glass sidelite beside the glass main double doors. My package wasn’t delivered because the effing Moron mail person said our HUGE office was vacant. I needed that package! So I checked the USPS Tracker and the moron decided to send it back to Maryland. Why the he’ll are these people so lazy that they can’t check out the Suite to see that it is indeed occupied! Talk about a pain in the ass type situation! What’s the average IQ there? Why can FedEx and UPS figure it out but the USPS morons can’t? These people frustrate the sh!t out of a person!

If you hate having extra time and gas, you will love this post office and all of the others in the area, because they will surely waste plenty of it for you when you drive over expecting to drop off a package only to find the parcel box full. Nobody there is smart enough to realize that if something is clearly way to small, its time for a larger one, or an additional one.

Post office always nice and clean, however, there is standing water in front of post office on 1st street in ☺️Tustin. It is stagnant, smells and could breed mosquitos. Not sure what the source could be. The plants do not appear over watered. Please correct. It’s very unpleasant.

How do I get the mail delivery person to close the mailbox door? It's left open about once a week. The door works just fine. Thank you, Diane Lowderback
