Attempted to report a lost/stolen retirement check to the Postmaster. The clerk said can’t you just have it reissued. Really! I am now more than 30 days out waiting for the reissued check to be received and the retirement check was for July. I guess USPS and especially the Indio Post Office aren’t interested in correcting process issues or rooting out internal theft. I’d be willing to bet if it was their check or would be a completely different situation. I guess the next complaint is to the congressman’s office since the postmaster is so insulated!

I have looked all over the internet, with No Answers. How much is A P.O. Box. A Simple Question, but if You go on USPS.com (Witch is useless) There’s NO 🤬Answer, & Trying to call Your local Post Office is A bigger joke. Now, I see why People, DON’T use the USPS, & Have gone back to E-mails. The USPS should do better, if it wants to stay in business. The USPS should start Talking to Its loyal Customers, if there are any left. Thank You

Went to post office after mail carrier left note on mail box saying mail was on hold for cars blocking the mailbox. They said it was all sent back to the sender. Said to contact the city to prevent people from parking out front. I tried talking to the mail carrier, asking him how far back should cars park, he was very aggressive in answering my questions. Cars have always been parked there not directly blocking the mail box but leaving a gap that no other mail carrier has had a problem with and up until this week. We personally can’t control who parks on public property. Is contacting the city my only option?

I just called the indio post office. I was egquiirering about my P.O. Box. I had several questions and need info on if the box needed to be renewed yet. Also I was having trouble receiving my mail. I’m out of the country. I had place a forwarding. They just received the forwarding. I did the paperwork in that post office in the beginning of October and I was getting someone else mail. Kevin was awesome he took care of all my issues one at a time. Calmed me down and fixed all my issues one at a time. It is incredibly awesome to have a great employee. He gave 150% of his kindness to help ! Someone has taught him respect and to put the customer first! Thank you Kevin You are one in a Million!

I live at 79408 Tobago Ct 92203 and I have not received ANY 1st class mail in 3 weeks! Including mail from the Superior Court in Palm Springs (which they are angry about), 2 prices of court related mail from Bank of America and personal mail from my own family! I have not moved or put a hold on my mail and I need this mail to complete the Probate sale on my late wife's home where I also live! Where is my mail!!!

I received someones mail today. My mail box is in a common structure with my neighbors. It looks like the mailman was off in his putting the mail into the pigeon holes by one or two addresses. I put my neighbors mail into the "send " slot because they were not home and I am not going to be responsible for their mail....the postman needs to go back thru every slot because some are snowbirds and get the mail correctly delivered. i am expecting time sensitive mail... My address is: 80059 camino santa elise, Indio,ca 92203
