the mail lady came this morning and dropped a notice that she missed us with a letter that needed to be signed for. I have cameras all over the house and we were all home and she never came to the door she only went to the mailbox at 301 McCloskey rd.

Question on a proposed parking only for residents in front of mail boxes. I live at 1239 Buena Vista Rd Hollister. And the mail boxes are on Central and their always a car parked in front of them after 5:00. Anyway of designating a spot for picking up mail at that location. Loading unloading zone for picking up mail. Central is a busy street with people parking in or who should I talk to.

I had an absolute bad experience with Monique the supervisor. We were looking for a lost package and she was defensive and rude. I had a very good relationship with the PO for 25 years. We allow their customers to drop mail at our business at no cost to them. Now when they pickup we have bring the mail out to them, per Monique's order. If there was a competitor to go to, I would. Monique should not have the access to communicate with your customers, she is vindictive and bad for your business.

Absolutely horrible, locked out of box. Paid Box Fee, what is going on! Tried on line, tried calling and directly went to post office, long line with out any help!

If you had a business where you had to deliberately lose packages then you would be a five star business! Why I feel this way! I ordered something online and after waiting for over 2 months I called the shipper constantly when after 2 months they finally tracked it to the Hollister Post Office. They said the post office checked it in and it was scheduled for delivery that day so I waited for my mail/package for the next five days w/o any success. On day 6 I go to the post office to find my package and i couldn’t believe it, if I didn’t come in that afternoon I would not have my package because for whatever reason some incompetent post office employee decided to not do their job and send my package back to the shipper without ever attempting to deliver my package. I understand you guys don’t really care but I just want to remind you of the word KARMA KARMA KARMA!!!!!!!!!!

Not good. Not good at all. They re-keyed our mailbox and we can't get mail and they think we need W-2 and have not addressed the situation although we went and waited through the COVID line twice. WOW.

What is going on?? I have had 4 separate packages in 4 different days all say was delivered to mailbox and yet nothing there. I have not had even one piece of mail in 5 days. Please tell me are you even delivering mail??

The carrier for Morning Glory dr. left the 2P key in my box #6 to retrieve a scheduled small package I was expecting today. I got my regular mail out of #6 and used the 2P key to get the package in the bottom box. It was not there! Maybe she forgot to put the package in. It was actually small enough to fit in the regular #6 box. I need this resolved, Thanks

The number given 831-637-5633 to local post office is obviously taken off the hook during the day so no can reach this office. It rings until after 8:00 am and then it is busy all day, I have called over 50 times and it is always busy which is very frustrating.

I am disappointed in my important mail getting lost and not delivered. Since I've lived here my lost and not delivered mail includes house payments, insurance payments, utility bills, auto registration. Most recently another auto insurance bill and we just paid off our house and the city was going to send us the deed. We never received it and when we went down to the recorders office they said they sent it out. We had to end up paying $5.00 to get another copy of the deed. When I get mail that doesn't belong to me I always take it to the address it was supposed to go to because I'm sure they would like to get their mail delivered correctly. This is the first time I've written a letter complaining about my mail getting lost in 29 years that we've lived at our address. But, I've had enough and I needed to say something.
