These people are the worst. You call them and they NEVER pick up the phone. They make you drive 20 min each way just to ask if they have any more medium flat rate boxes (which they have been out of for the last week!). Jerks.
We've just recently found out that we did not get several pieces of very importend mail. We have a heavy duty LOCK MAILBOX so it could not have been stolen out of our box. One was a DMV renewal notice which cost us $89 late fee. Another was a large credit card bill, which fortunately I realizes was late and was able to pay by phone on the due date. Another was our daughters food stamp Debit card. She got notice that if she did'nt us it it would expire. Another was her unemployment letter. What is happening to our mail? In the past we have received mail from a neighboring street, Earhart, with the same house number. We always return it to the mailbox for delivery to the correct address. Is that address getting our mail and then tossing it? Something needs do be done.
While waiting all day for a package delivery the mail carrier departed before I could get out of the house. I was at my mailbox before they got to the next one. I Called the office before the truck was off the street. After being on hold for a short time I was told the the package would be delivered in about 30-45 minutes. I then waited in the front Sun Room and as of now 5:55 pm they have not returned. I have been waiting for that package and can not believe that they didn't wait long enough for me to go out. The Reason checked was a signature was required. There was no attempt to get through to me, no honking of the horn, no knocking at the door - NOTHING. Because of that I have to stay home tomorrow and wait again. I find this unacceptable because I need to get Grocery shopping done. I strongly recommend that the carrier be retrained as to the value of the costumer and the importance of the mail.
Carrier won’t deliver my husband medication from VA because it won’t fit in the box they want us to leave the mailbox open before they will deliver.We went inside left a message for supervisors in March never got a response. Went inside today waiting in 20 minutes supervisor was called twice never came we walked out.
What is the point of having a phone number if the employees never answer the phone? I was calling to let them know that the outside collection boxes have been coated with a very sticky substance. Something they need to be aware of!!
The Hesperia, CA. Employees, counter, package counter are like the nicest most kindest patient postal workers I have ever experienced and if I may say the best service & people skills I have ever seen. I'll go out of my way to ship at that office. Hands down I feel like Norm in Cheers. Where they know my name.
I love the Team Members at The Hesperia Post Office! Friendly staff still like that down home Country Post Office!

Worst service ever. I have been filing complaints about this post office for the past few years now. I hardly receive my mail on time if at all. I have a package that says it was delivered to my mailbox box but here we are almost 2 days later and I still haven't received it. When I made a complaint I was told the driver didnt actually deliver it but here I am still waiting. Maybe I should just file a police report for mail tampering.
Who, who, you must be mistaken. The people working in the Hesperia location is what makes them the best post office I have ever experienced in my life. So maybe it's not their fault

Hesperia post office on Olive- I got to post office at 4:18 pm and stood in line- I was 2nd in line- Irstalla wasted 40 minutes on a customer in front t of me and did not request additional help for those of us waiting in line. I finally got out of there at 5:01 pm- she is insufficient, unprofessional- and had an arrogant attitude that her inefficiency was not a problem! I’m flabbergasted at the audacity of how much time was wasted! If I was someone in poor health, there’s no way I could’ve waited that long; there were no chairs to sit in. We all just had to stand there and wait! Unacceptable! The Hesperia employee should be reminded of how to do her job correctly.
Monday, July 30th, 2018 my package was delivered to another address and was marked delivered on my tracking through Amazon. I called the customer service and spoke to Brenda. She took the report and was very nice. I appreciated her attitude. The phone wait was one hour and eight minutes. The recording had stated that the wait time was twenty minutes. Tonight a neighbor came by and dropped off my package, so I have my order. My number that Brenda gave me is CA138955535. Because I didn't want to sit on the phone again waiting to let you know that I have received my package, I decided to write you. Thank you, Donna
Don't know who's reading my US Magazine but I'm not consistently! Every few weeks, I have to go buy one because it's not delivered as usual...like every Friday or Saturday. Today is Wed. and no magazine. Getting real tired of this crap.
Can you please tell me why the postal employee did not put my package on my front porch but tossed it over a six foot chain link fence into a wet area . My package had a ten inch tablet from Amazon the box is ( package) was very wet and the tablet has condensation on the inside I'm not sure if it is damage I'm trying to change it now. And im always receiving packages but this is the first time my package was not brought up to my front door . Like I said I'm charging the tablet now and as far as I can tell it maybe in good working order after the condensation has dissipated . I not mad I just can't understand why the post person couldn't bring it up to my front door . Thank You for your time .. Jesus Amador ..
For the second time in 3 months I have been tracking a package I ordered on line. USPS tracking says my package was delivered yesterday, Well, again like the last time, I received no package! It is unbelievable the number of times my mail has been delivered to the wrong address and the number of times I have received mail belonging to someone else.
I have been very patient about mail delivery on this route. For the last 2 months The mail comes a lot of time after 6 or later. I live west of Bangor on Hinton. My daughter lives 2 blocks away (has another carrier) and never has a problem!!!) Now in the winter months, its very dark to be receiving mail & crossing the street to the mail box. We definitely need better delivery!! Please do something about this.
Hi, because of the high volume of mail theft, I purchased a locking mail box, however the mail person/persons are not making sure the mail goes all the way in the box. Can this please be addressed?
