You’re carriers are lazy. ( NOT ALL) but when you put mail out on a FRIDAY NIGHT and it’s STILL IN THE BOX on Sunday, that’s LAZY! Even if they had NOTHING to deliver to any of the 3 boxes in front of my house, they should STOP and pick it up!!! Instead they just go by what they have as far as STOPS and pass ANYTHING that they don’t see fit to do so. This isn’t the FIRST TIME this has happened!! Most recent was Nov.27,2021! I had things that needed to go out on Saturday, but because some of the carriers are LAZY they don’t even slow down if they have nothing to PUT IN THE BOX! I’ve seen this happen. A neighbors flag was up, yet the carrier flew right by. Plus I’m tired of having to repair my box after certain carriers decide to NOT close the door correctly and it drops down and then they HIT it with their truck. I’ve seen this happen too! I tried to see the PM, but just got the run around!!! This crap has to stop! My box was 3 days old (BRAND NEW) and it was damaged the first time. The door was almost torn off. I was barely able to repair it. Yet this reckless abandonment continues to today. I have either bent things back or pounded them till it worked again. I’m tired of these carriers damaging MY PROPERTY, skidding up to our boxes, yes skidding! They’re flying when they get to our boxes then slam on the brakes and slide on whatever happens to be on the road. I saw this too! I tried to stop the carrier and voice my grievance, but she was gone in an instant, and left the door on my box down. I tried to bring this up to the PM at the post office, but AGAIN, nothing but a run around!!! This is getting OLD and has to stop! Especially coming in to lodge a complaint, and EVERY TIME it’s he’s off for the next however many days or some other story. It’s NEVER the same story but the run around remains the same. Get nowhere FAST!!! Someone needs to start doing things to these carriers that can’t do their job or damage property because they’re either in TOO big a hurry, or could care less!!!

Today, 3/20/2021. Move from Healdsburg to Washington State on 10/6/2020. Mail finally started coming after almost a month. Now 5 months later my mail is now being delivered again to my old address and not to my new address in Washington. According to the "Official Change of Address Conformation Letter", forwarding is to continue until Oct 6,2021. Important insurance and tax information is still arriving at my old address, current occupants thought it was junk mail and have thrown it away. I am disabled and depend on my mail service. I have heard of many who are unhappy with the mail service in Healdsburg and the politics that are happening with the staff, but this is ridiculous! Yes, they do not answer the phone. Why would they, the complaints must be a full time job for someone there that actually cares.

I just read all these negative reviews and am amazed there are so many complaining people out there. I've been in Healdsburg over 40 years and never met a local postal worker who was not very friendly and polite. I came from San Francisco where that was not the case. If your mail is being stolen, get a locking mail box. If they're not answering the phone they are too busy. It is a very taxing job and the carriers are overworked. If you received your neighbor's mail have you ever stopped to consider maybe the carrier was given someone else's route on top of their own. Give them a break.

Leaves Amazon packages on top of mail box but says via Amazon puts in mail box. Does not deliver to the house as am 1/4 mile from mailbox. Items stolen. Misdelivered. Can he not read and deliver accordingly or take item to PO and leave me a card to pick up at the PO. Should be fired .

Yesterday, Amazon sent me a note saying that my small package, turned over to USPS for delivery, would be delayed for a couple of weeks. An hour later, I checked the tracking at usps.com, which said that the parcel had indeed been delivered to my mailbox. Nothing there, so either it was stolen, put in the wrong mailbox, or USPS is fibbing.

It is happening again! the mail AND our newspapers are being stolen out of our mail boxes. Today I received a pile of mail (20 pieces plus, postal bubble envelope with a book in it), none addressed me. I am sure our neighbors would be VERY upset too, knowing I received all their mail today!! I will be taking to the Healdsburg postmaster, because not all the is addressed to only one person, grrrr

You are right, the post office does not answer the phone. Can I ask a question through this venue? What happens to mislabeled mail? Does it get returned to sender? Need to know, some checks are missing.

The Healdsburg office doesn't answer their phone. Very frustrating

I consistently have to go to the post office to pickup things that the mailman is supposed to deliver. anything larger than a CD always gets marked as reason he couldnt deliver as "Receptacle Blocked" Why does he have a job?

Horrible service. No accessible phone number. I constantly get noticed for delivery attempts when I am a stay at home mom and no one "attempts" anything.

The Healdsburg location NEVER answers their phone! Its utterly terrible to try and get anyone on the phone!!
