So I am waiting on multi packages, one item ssys delivered and it is no where to be found. We live in 11938 Hillside Rd Forestville CA. It is not the first time a package says delivered and it is not.Fix the issue we can't go looking into the neighbors mailboxes for mistake the post office makes.
We live on Nolan Road and haven't received any mail in three days. I checked with my neighbors, and they had the same experience. I tried to call the Forestville Post Office just now, and the phone just rang and rang until it went to a busy signal. Something is clearly going on at our post office, and my neighbors and I are going to persist until we get an explanation and better service.
I keep having issues with delivery from the Forestville Post Office . There are times they mark my packages delivered and they don’t deliver them until the following day. Today I waited home all day, only to check the update saying that there was no access to location. A bunch of BS from these ppl. I called yesterday for one package that was there and was told they didn’t have it. I called today and no answer. When they do answer the phone , they are rude and do not even state if one has called the post office. Now I was told that “if”the packages were there I would get them delivered today. The tracking number shows their location “ Forestville Post Office” how the hell do I get an “IF” they are there. This is ridiculous! I’ve also had to do the picking up myself numerous times and when I do so, they are rude.
I've been using the Forestville Post Office for over 19 years, and have invariably had good-to-excellent experiences... until the end of last week. On Friday, June 1, I went into my post office of 19+ years, and was treated unprofessionally, rudely, and insultingly by who I later found out to be the "new" postmaster (someone I hadn't met before). I also used the post office the day before this incident, on Thursday, May 31. Then, I noticed that while I was waiting in line, this particular employee (the postmaster, the same one who treated me so extremely poorly the next day) was behaving unkindly –to say the least-- to a male customer in front of me. This caught my attention, as I had never seen anything like it in our local post office in the almost 20 years I've been using it. That day, Thursday May 31, while the rude and unhelpful “new” postmaster was busy being unkind to that male customer, I was helped by Jeff, our wonderful clerk (Jeff has been a pleasure to interact with all throughout these years; always kind, fun, and helpful). However, the ugly manner in which the other customer had been treated by the "new" postmaster left me with a strange feeling. Little did I know that the very next day, I'd be myself the recipient of the postmaster's unhelpful, unprofessional, rude, and insulting behavior. This man must rethink the way he interacts with customers; and the U.S.P.S. must be more careful about how it is being represented to the public by its employees. I’ve been a patron of the Foresvtille (CA, 95436) post office for almost 20 years… and though using my local post office for all this time was always (until late last week) a pleasant experience, the presence of this “new” postmaster and his ugly behavior is making me consider the idea of never setting foot in that post office again. Please, U.S.P.S. do something about this.
