I lost my key to my mailbox, the type of collective mailboxes found in residential complexes. I ordered a new lock and key which would be completed in 2 weeks. I also requested that all mail be held. In the meantime, I have old mail most especially some medication that I need badly. I am disgusted because despite my many tries to retrieve this meds … Glendora USPS has been grossly ineffective. I told them that I would wait for the mail carrier so I can ask for my mail/ they said that’s not allowed. I called several times to request the mail carrier to retrieve my mail and bring this back to the post office- they said they would do that but that didn’t happen. I called the office and the rude lady said I had to come tomorrow for my mail. I did! I took time off from work so I could get my mail. Guess what? They did not get my old mail- no mail/meds. I am a frustrated customer!! How hard should it be to get your mail? They made me feel like everything was my fault for losing my key and not having a spare. That’s my fault. But what makes it worse is that this situation makes me feel captive to a lousy system. They definitely have no customer service.

Went to Glendora post office to clarify a delivery issue sent to another state and I was referred to their supervisor- Sonia but she was very incompetent and RUDE! For over twenty years in Glendora I have not experienced such a terrible attitude from an employee in our local post office. Very Sad!

Pancho was so helpful! I almost never mail packages so I never remember everything about how to do it... He was patient and kind, and I was so impressed with his customer service. Thank you, Pancho!!

I am concerned about the postal service in Glendora, after years, (we have lived her 30 years) and have recently experienced unusual occurances with no mail delivery, incorrect mail in our box and recently a message that a package was on "hold" at the post office. but after a visit to the post office, I was told that it was out for delivery. then, again, later in the day, no mail, no package. I feel that there have been some major changes that have disrupted our postal system in Glendora, a system that, in the past, has been next to flawless. If there is a way to correct this, we certainly would appreciate it. I think they need additional holiday work hours or additional staff to pick up the excess mailings caused by COVID and the holidays. Thank you to the hard working postal employees, how do we correct this?

Why does it take 2-4 weeks sometimes to have my residential mail forwarded to my PO box from the same facility??? Can't someone simply put my mail sitting around there into my PO box? I constantly have to deal with this issue, it's incredible.

Removing the mail boxes from the circle driveway at the post office I could handle, but putting the boxes on Ada is absolutely ridiculous. At least paint the curb for loading and unloading only. Right now just to make a left onto Ada from Glendora Ave is about 15 cars deep because people are blocking the street to drop the mail. I'm not exactly sure the purpose of moving the boxes from the circle driveway that had been there as long as I can remember and I've lived here for 43 years. And to only move them about 20 feet at most is very perplexing.

I would like to report a mail box that is crammed full of mail that has not been picked up. the address is 1200 E. Route 66, Glendora, CA. I walk to the mail box to drop my mail rather than getting in my car and driving to the Post Office, adhereing to the Stay at Home order. People use the postal service for important mail, bills and such and this could cause more stress in these difficult times.

We're very unhappy about the removal of the drive thru mail drop boxes! A large population of seniors live in Glendora and counted on these mail drops. Some of us are disabled or sick and cannot get out of the car OR use the curb side boxes because they are on the passenger side and we cannot reach them! PLEASE BRING BACK THE DRIVE BY BOXES! Thank you!

On December 10, 2019 the mailman delivered a large package to my home and left it right out in the open. Never bothered to knock on the door or hide the package out of plain view. The package was promptly stolen. I am now out $75.00 and when I asked the mailman his reply was, "Sorry". Unacceptable! Where is the common sense?

Glendora Post Office has installed a new self service machine. It is faulty and very difficult to use. It needs to be fixed or replaced. I had to punch my thumb several times on EACH stage or question to have it register; ie What was I mailing? 5 attempts to register. Address wouldn't register the numbers. I almost gave up. I'm sure there have been other complaints. The PO was closed, or I would have asked them about it. This needs to be fixed or replaced. The whole event of simply trying to mail a small package was ridiculous! Paula Miller

I would like to request that the mail carriers please be more careful on their mail delivery. I really like our regular mailman who delivers here. I would be surprised if it was he who accidentally delivered our bank checks on June 7, 2018 to another address. Thank goodness our neighbor brought the checks to us.

Mr Pancho was extremely helpful and courteous of helping us to apply for passport renewals. My experience at Glendora post office was excellent and many thanks to Mr Pancho who made Glendora "the jewel of the foothills".

I live in the Vintage at Arboreta and I am very unhappy that I can't do anything on line because we are not set up in the computer and we have been here for over 6 years. Then the supervisor tells me they don't have a regular guy on our route therefore, everything is all mixed up. Had my mail on hold during vacation and it was not delivered when it was supposed to be delivered. Very upset with Glendora at this time.
