Hello, I have a paralyzed package with you that is paralyzed, it has not been updated, since December 27, I leave the tracking number here, I am already worried if this is a scam or what is happening with this please???

Sent package from New Orleans Post Office Priority Mail and it was to be delivered to the Los Angeles Federal Credit Union and the carrier put it in a postal box and said it was delivered.This was a Christmas gift. I am highly disappointed in your service.

Been trying to get my package for 2 days now the refused to deliver my package they need to something about this Post Office because some days we don’t no mail at all

For one, me or my local post office can NOT get anyone to answer the phone! While I’ve contacted USPS, postal inspection service, garden police department and planet express about a package I have at their post office that has my camera and lens in it, I was scammed, and I can’t get ahold of anybody to send my package back to me!

What happens when you pay for Express overnight service for Christmas presents? And it does not arrive when it says it should arrive? Like at 6:00 pm. You do know that you’re disappointing people. And cheating them out of there money? When it says that it will be delivered it should be delivered. NOT DELAYED. Do your job. And stop disappointing people who pay you guys. And also do not disappoint the children. And I am very mad when the Package that has Christmas gift in it . Are you happy? How much longer will Any package that has Christmas Gift in it?

I put a change of address in from one po box to gardena and I never get mail I even drive to tge old po box and talked to the lady who knows me and tells me she's sends so much mail of mine to gardena I DONT GET ANY MAIL ???? WHAT THE HELL IS THERE PROBLEM ARE YOU THROWING AWAY MY MAIL? I even sent myself a letter and never got it ,?????

sick and tired of getting tracking and it says NO ACCESS!! Now i have one that says delivered to maiilbox right after it had said no access - no it wasn't delivered it's lost!! This happens ALL the time!

You guys need to answer your phone. I need to check if guys have my package because it hasn’t delivered yet it supposed to come on September 3.

Package from Kohls was suppose to be delivered on August 30, 2020 but have not been received. Please let me know if it is still there. I was instructed to check with you.

No mail on Monday or Tuesday July 6-7. What's happening?

I mailed a small envelope from Gardena to another part of Gardena. Why did it take 5 days to go 2 miles. I paid almost $5.00 to have the Birthday gift delivered because I was unable to hand deliver it myself. I am also upset that the mail IF IT COMES AT ALL, is very late. Sometimes as late as 9.30. It's unsafe for the mail carrier and I don't appreciate having the mail delivered when it's too late to take care of anything of importance that is in there.

I visited the post office yesterday around 5pm and noticed some postal employees are working with masks pulled down to their chin they were in and out of the lobby area interacting with visitors. In addition there was a customer who walked into the lobby area without wearing mask. All these made me feel VERY VERY VERY uncomfortable.

We haven't received mail in 4 days! Expecting something very important. Is there something wrong at this branch?

How late do postal employees deliver the mail? I've seen 3 different postal employees in my neighborhood close to 8:30 pm. Some use their head lamps to be more visible at night and some don't. I'm concerned for their safetybc of recent Coyote sightings especially at night and the fact that not all street lights are working in the area of 145 and Denker. 2nd comment according to tracking services it claims my package was delivered ut I didnt get any mail on Thurs and neither did my neighbors. Mail delivery is getting worst and worst. I get more mail for different addresses, or my neighbors mail or mail that is late according to the daily digest of what should have been delivered. It's a small apartment unit do better mail person.

The service provided by this post office is the worst ever. location is ardath Avenue between Redondo Beach and Manhattan Beach, Yesterday no mail was delivered during the normal hours. I figured they had gotten another day off but to my surprise when I opened m,y front door this morning I found they had delivered the mail during the night, Two hundred bank checks plus the registration of my car were delivered during the night, inviting the theft of the mail, also the check books were forced into the box in such a way that it was impossible to get them out with damaging the checks. I think it is time for the service to go private, looks like the mayority of the people that work at that post office do not care about the quality of their work. When you try calling to complain, nobody answer the call, when you looking for the person in charge, he or she is never available. Enjoy your job while it last!!!!!

This is the second time the carrier for 1364 W 139th Street has forced large package in my mail box and I can not get it out!!!! This is ridiculous and pathetic that our mail is mishandled in such manner. Please provide the Supervisors information so that we the customer can retrieve or just receive our mail. There's someone at the property all day so there's no reason for this rude business.

At this time I’m a have to give the post office on Redondo Beach in the city of Gardena a low-grade the reason why is because my mail been missing for about four weeks or three weeks and I have not got my vote by mail at all the lady that usually deliver my mail I don’t know which yet and majority everybody in my apartment except me and I need to know what happened to my mail my vote by mail is missing I haven’t even got the flyers for it and I need to know that someone put in a change of address someone is holding my mail Weird things happening

THE WORST. TRACKING SAYS PACKAGES WERE DELIVERED,YEA RIGHT. WHAT THE IS GOING WITH THIS PLACE ? THEY HIRE STUPID PEOPLE TO DELIVER IMPORTANT THINGS AMD THE MANAGEMENT HAS A CARE LESS ATTITUDE ABOUT YOUR STUFF. THEY SUCK!!!!!!!!

I am very upset. For months the mailman keeps putting mail for another address in my mailbox. I live in a house where there are apartments in the back. He is too lazy to walk to the back or sometbing and keeps leaving the other apts mail in my box. I have spoke with him a couple times and he is rude. This is unacceptable

I had my post carrier tell me "good luck getting any more packages". The post office has been unresponsive. The manager for her route is never there and they never pick up the phone. They will not deliver parcels to my address though I have repeatedly told them there is no lock on the gate. Then when I go to pick my packages up they are missing. No one can find them anywhere and the post carrier says they aren't on her truck. I guess they may be in the garbage now as she also stated "good luck finding your packages now". This is the worst customer servivmce I have ever witnessed. I will take this complaint as far up the line as I need to to finally see action taken. My property was directly threatened by a usps employee. Very bad business.

you have the absolute worst post office I have ever seen as long as I've lived on this Earth and I am 57 years old there is no place to contact anybody for a complaint you don't answer your phone so that a person could speak to you you have taken one package sent to me and sent it to 5 different post offices and it's just been floating around La Gardena and Hawthorne for 7 days and I have not been able to get in contact with anybody in your service my mail doesn't get delivered until 9 and 10 o'clock at night if I could get rid of you I would and I want you to know who I am my name is Deborah Woods and I live at 13600 ardath Avenue Gardena California 90249 whoever it is it works in your office everyone needs to be replaced I have got no satisfaction from anyone

I have been calling for the past 2 days we have not received any of our mail and when I do the tracking it states that it has been delivered but I haven't even received the merchandise. I sent a package to someone in Gardena CA, the scanned it in as undeliverable as addressed. They supposedly returned to sender, but I have not gotten it back. They did answer the phone ONCE when I called but were NO help. So where's my package? This place is terrible. Really, tax dollars at work? Why bother?

Gotta say this is the worst f***ing piece of shit Post office there is. Called 5 times and they never answered once, all during business hours. My package sat in their facility for 2 days and never moved. At this point i'd rather go to their office and pick up my package myself, BUT I CANT because they don't pick up their damn phone. Someone needs to be fired here period.

This Branch has very poor customer service & horrible patience & cooperation with the customers. No one answers the phone when you call & when you go there in person & try and talk to specific ppl. i.e Delivery Supervisor etc. they are never available, I've left a number to call back at their earliest convience & never hear from them. I've been having issues with my mail delivery for almost a year off & on and no one seems to able to help with anything

Does the phone work at the Gardena, CA post office? I sent a PRIORITY MAIL package to a business in Gardena CA. Should have been delivered Thursday 1121/2013. USPS Tracking stops at Gardena CA. Says package undeliverable as addressed. This is odd since this is not the first package I have sent to ths address. I tried to call the Gardena Post Office. At least a dozen times. And the phone just rings and rings and rings and rings and rings........
Update. SInce Thursday I have called the addressee. They confirmed that my package was not delivered to them & said that ANOTHER package was to be delivered to them via USPS. Post Office tracking says it was delivered on Saturday 11/23/13. How this was possible is unknown since their offices were closed and the gate to the property was closed and locked. THEY tried to call the Gardena Post Office . And the phone just rings and rings and rings and rings and rings........
What is going on at this POST OFFICE???
