Postal Locations

We sent out wedding invitations before Christmas and everyone except people located in Fallbrook and Bonsall have received them. We even got one returned that went to the right address...and was returned. Either your mail delivery person has a stack of wedding invitations at their home or your mail delivery is failing miserably!!!

The Mail carrier in Fallbrook 92028 is horrible. I received a package today that we watched him throw over a 7 foot gate and land in our garden. Subsequently the contents which were very well packed with bubble wrap and tissue were broken. This isn’t the first time we found our packages over the fence. I have given the tracking number to our post office to investigate. I expect a postage returned and I want to file a claim for the broken pieces. Everytime Amazon uses USPS it's a nightmare, the drivers refuse to go down my driveway so simply leave packages at the side or middle of the road for all to see or simply run over. Everytime a package weighs more than 20 pounds USPS leaves a note saying delivery attempted and that I MUST go pick up my package from the post office. These guys are not a delivery company they just leave you a note when its time for YOU to drive into town and pick up the package that FedEx UPS DHL etc would have delivered to my front door because their drivers know how to, you know Drive their delivery vehicle. So yeah really wish Amazon would stop using USPS they waste everyones time will their nonsense. Want something delivered on time to your door, DO NOT USE USPS because they will screw it up.

Why can’t mail delivery trucks back down roads? I want my packages delivered to my house! Rely on them! And what do I get?! I get notes in my mailbox at the street saying couldn’t deliver! All because, the mailman won’t backup on our road. I have seen the excuse as sorry we missed you. Um ya because I sit at my mailbox all day. I’m sorry I will not leave my gate open for you to use my yard as a turn around. I have Kids and pets! Please just deliver my stuff! He UPS truck backs down my road!

Our postman is driving at dangerous speeds in our neighborhood. He may hit someone with his vehicle one of these days. Then us taxpayers have to pay for it all.

It's 4:00 and the Fallbrook CA post office details say it closes at 5:00 pm. Why am I continually getting a busy signal from trying for the last HOUR! My guess, lazy reps and they have the phone off the hook! I have been in this post office and that wouldn't surprise me. We had our mail held and today was supposed to be the deliver accumulated mail date but no mail! Most annoying as we need and were expecting our mail today conf#CAH 273908212 - just sad as prices keep going up and up and service getting worse and worse!

I "received" a package on Sunday, it was crudely stuffed in to the slot of my mailbox leaving the actual product OUTSIDE the mailbox with the mailbox door open. It was marked "delivered and handed directly to resident". This is NOT acceptable.

The mailman left the back of our locked secure mailboxes OPEN TODAY APRIL 17, 2017, and of course our large package box was empty, so was stolen obviously. Very disappointing, maybe fire the mail person. Few months back all the mail was thrown all over top of secure mailboxes, wind blowing mail all over street. Really !!!!

I have continuously gotten mail that belongs to my neighbors and they have received my mail. I have complained several times. They put bright pink stickers on our mailboxes and HE STILL DOESN'T GET IT RIGHT. THIS NEEDS TO STOP. I HAVE HAD MONEY AND CHECKS PUT IN THE WRONG MAIL BOX BY MY CARRIER. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I AM SICK OF IT.

horrible service, we have not received mail delivery in 3 days, when I try to call the office I either get a busy signal or the phone rings repeatedly until it disconnects.
