Today I had several things delivered. The notice said they were in my mailbox, which they were not. They were put in one of the boxes that you need the special key, no key was in my mailbox. When I went to recheck my mailbox it was empty, but several the the larger mailboxes had a key inserted in them & had been opened, well what do you know, my packages were in one of the opened boxes. Some nice neighbor left them there & if I hadn't checked the box I don't know what would have happened to my packages. This is not the first time this has happened. I think your postal employee's need to have a little more training & not be in such a hurry so these mistakes don't continue to happen!! Thank you! Marcy Anderson

I so appreciate our little town of Cottonwood’s little post office. I’m from the city and I can mail a package on a Saturday, that wouldn’t happen in the city. Your employee’s are so nice and helpful. Thank you for all the years of Great Service Yours Truly Carol A. Gardner 3624 Main Street PS This is one comment that I hope they get to see. There’s so much negativity that the good comments need to be shown to the people that do a Great Job💕 They will work harder for you if they hear them💕

My mailbox is down a dirt road, so every time the “can’t fit” a package they leave a note. I don’t expect them to drive all the way up to my house, but if they would give me a call, I’d come down and grab it. It’s a far drive for me to get to the actual office, especially when I paid for delivery, and have a flat tire right now. So now my girls..... won’t get their gift till after the weekend. Thanks USPS once again for ruining my day. Oh & btw, last time i had a missing package, I was literally told by the guy in the cottonwood office that “this” has been happening a lot on this persons route lately! If you know your guy is sketchy.... remove him.

They keep sending my packages to my neighbor's. Worst postal service I have had.

I have never had a problem with my mail service until now. I found my package out in the field soaking wet from the rain. I wish he would just put a notice in the box and I will pick my packages up at the post office or bring them up to the house like the other mailman did.

Three times now I have found my mail in the field soaking wet. Please do something about this mailman before he totally ruins something or loses an important piece of mail.

I love how it states on the envelope DO NOT BEND, what do they do, bend it!!😠. We had a lovely woman as our mail carrier, and now we have a rude man you would rather bend important mail then have to get out of his car for only a minute!! Lazy worker

Cottonwood has horrible mail delivery, it has cost me dearly for this.....my mail carrier on Foxhunt put my package In the wrong box and it was money....a month later my neighbors have a new car....all the time I got mail in my box that wasn't mine....I rented a Fed X box in Anderson to get away from them....
