TERRIBLE service. I ordered something 2 weeks before Christmas and didn’t receive until mid January. Once it was received I realized what I ordered was too big, so I wanted to order the right size but didn’t want to have to deal with returning. The owner of the company I ordered it from just charged me $20 and expedited shipping for me to just keep the one I have plus the new one being delivered. So once again reordered with (expedited) shipping and here I get a phone call about my package and was told you can probably expect it to take another MONTH to receive! What the hell is the point in expedited PRIORITY mail when you didn’t expedite it or make it a priority! I shouldn’t have to wait an entire month when I only live in Louisiana. I’m furious and will never use this location for ANY future inquiries. Ever.

Today we had a substitute carrier our mailbox is outside of the yard we have two small dogs and they are always in the house, well today the carrier maced my Chihuahua because she said he jumped too high. That is the most ridiculous excuse to me that I've ever heard, we've had our dogs for seven years and never had an issue with any of our carriers before. This is total bullshit
