A. Walker was rude initially, his tone was very disrespectful. I told him the Amazon center redirected me to this office and he told me, sharply, that they provided wrong information and that he deals with "my people" all the time. He then rudely stated if I didn't have a po box then nothing would be there for me, and then I told him I'm just doing what was suggested. He gave me the number of another berkeley branch to call, so I did so, but before I was done he told me to leave because he had to help other customers. If one simply looks online at the Sathers branch, you will see multiple reports of the disrespect of this man. I just want to know that his attitude is in conversation by those in charge. I have 3 uncles who work for USPS, and I myself have worked for customer service in my mother's business for years. His people skills are dulled and confrontational.
