Haven't been receiving mail for around 5 days nor have my scheduled pickups been picked up even though I have received emails confirming that they have with my prepaid labels. I've previously spoken with several people at the Beaumont usps counter as this has been an ongoing issue. Repeatedly told that they would look into it. Still an ongoing issue! What can I do? This is beginning to affect my business orders!
Horrible I have never had any issues with delivery unless its usps doing it just in the last week I got someone else's package and then notification that mine was delivered well im still waiting for mine .my neighbors are lucky I will personally go hand them their packages but

I had a very expensive iPhone that was supposed to be delivered today, it was delivered to the wrong mail box. We received someone else's packages so my husband had to go to that person's house to see if they got our package by mistake, they did. I get text updates on my deliveries, I received one saying my iPhone had been delivered and signed for by me, which is a total lie. Not only did the package get delivered to the wrong person but it was not signed for. I will be making a formal complaint. We have had ongoing issues with our mail carrier for some time.
Horrible experience. Every time I went to drop off packages after buying the postage online, 2 of the clerks constantly harassed me every single time to the point of seeming to get off to it. Both saying to take our packages off the counter & go wait in line so they can ask us the question if the package is fragile or not, etc. This is a question we are asked online when we are sold the postage so that clerks do NOT need to ask the question when online customers are dropping off packages. When calling the National postal system about it, we're told to talk to the Postmaster about it ... except we can never get a hold of the Postmaster in person or by phone.
If needing to drop off packages, DO NOT go to this post office unless you want to be harassed every single visit.
Had a package mistakenly rerouted to your post office and called for assistance at around 9:45am as the package hadn't shown any movement on the tracking number in 5 days. Employee who answered the phone was extremely rude, cut me off when speaking more than once, and sounded very annoyed when the tracking number he asked for initially didn't work and had to be re entered. He asked me the package was old and I said well its been sitting there for 5 days and before I could finish he said "yeah that's not old." Not entirely sure what he said about my package but I just said thank you so much for the information and hung up for the sake of getting off the phone with him. I think he said my package left the facility and was sent to San Bernardino, which doesn't show in the tracking at all, and I'm in moreno valley. So, I'm not sure if a scan was missed. I don't know hown that works. Really unpleasant experience with customer service regardless.
Today my husband and myself came in for the passport event the post office had. We had the best experience ever. They had water bottles out for us for free. The staff was extremely remarkable. Every one was so nice and helpful. Even though it was super busy and packed with people. They were prompt and thurough and so calm, we were not aware that we filled out the wrong paperwork and the lady at the counter helped up take care of it and was so polite. Thank . you for having such a great staff
Beaumont PO sucks. Must have ignorant and/or lazy letter carriers.
I sent my brother a Christmas card and it came back "undeliverable as addressed". I emailed him and he did verify that it was the correct address.
Guess my next step is to contact the Postal Inspectors office and file a complaint..
Where is my mail? Our community mail box on Bright Star in Beaumont was burglarized Monday and we have not received our mail since. We have also not received notification that mail needed to be picked up at the local post office or a date on which mail delivery will resume. Do your job Beaumont Post Office.
I had an emergency situation with a misdirected package and when I contacted this facility I was immediately assisted by 2 amazing proactive employees who solved my issue. They got involved with no hesitation and let me know when it had been resolved. Thank you for caring.
What phone number did you call for assistance? I don’t have a delivery but I do have a letter regarding a package that couldn’t be delivered. It’s not mine and I needed to talk with the postal police.

I went to the post office to pick up my mail after my mail box had been broken into and they said the postmaster won't be "releasing mail" until 1pm. I can't go back at that time and now my kids won't get their valentines from their grandma today. I am so very sad and disappointed with the level of care and customer service that I'm livid. What a disappointment this is to my children and what a disappointment the local post office is all together.
I can't believe there is no way to report an emergency to the USPO after hours other than told the waiting period is over one hour.
To whom ever my be concerned : The gang box at Rose and Flower 92223 has again been destroyed by thieves. Maybe if the motion light above the box that has been out for over a year was fixed this action might stop ! Or this site goes directly to the Beaumont office and a postal employee.
No deliveries made for a week, when you trying to find out what is wrong, then you find a note saying that you need a box mail on the curve, when they been delivering for years!!!! (20+). And now you have 3 days to get it done other wise your mail is not going to get delivered. Welll i just what to let you know, that you need to be more comunative before you stop delivering our mail!!!!not sending a notice after you stop delivering the mail.
