0. Your mail carrier attempted to steal purchased item only to find the ripped open envelope to contain an invoice. Better hiring and back ground checks. It's time postal centers be held accountable. I work in a jail. I see thieves all day being sentenced. Potters Ranch community.

Called San Jacinto P.O. at 4:50 p.m. the phone rang numerous times-no answer, this is normal for this post office. I wanted to report that the key element in our cluster box has been broken. The key that opens the outgoing box. The cluster box is located near Whispering Bel and Water Leaf Way.

Trying to find a lost package that my post office I. imperial beach put the wrong routing sticker on. Tracking number 9500 1158 1252 0112 3050 85. This package was addressed to go to Connecticut and has wrongfully gone to San jacinto. I have been trying to locate it and get it sent to where it’s supposed to go. Please find it and send it to where it’s addressed for.

I am writing this regarding my service I have since we have had a new postal person not had packages delivered properly or not at all and the same goes for my parents who are disabled it is very sad that the postal person is to lazy to get out and deliver to the door and will drop packages in the bushes out by the street which you would have to hunt for and when you are 81yrs old should never have to be done. And if this person doesn't like the weather won't get out to deliver package but yet say it was delivered. And then you have to try to fight to find out what happened to your package by fighting with someone about it, this has happened on numerous occasions complaints have been made but nothing has been done. Recently a package was said to have been delivered to my mail box but was not spoke to the post master and he assured me he would call me back but did not very upset please do not state you will do something and not follow through. If this was a one time thing then I could understand but it has been way to many and I am very upset. Something needs to be done.

Have tried calling the San Jacinto several times to find out if they found some lost keys. Called the 800 number they said call the PO direct. No one answers the phone even though it's during office hours

Mail not being put in mail boxes. Why since moving here my mail comes in one month and not another costing on line fees to pay bills . Going to forward information to public officials for mail not being delivered consistently this is not something for sloppy and poor workers should be handling.

On Sunday, Nov 2 ,2014,, at about 11:15 AM. A Post Office Mail Delivery truck was inside a gated Mobile Home Park located on Old Mountain Ave, in East San Jacinto. Driving very fast to the Exit Gate. Post Office closed on Sunday. Why is this regular delivery vehicle driving inside our Mobile Home Park on a Sunday???. No mail delivery on Sunday.
