Have not received any mail in over a week. Not even the junk mail. Went to the creation location to ask about my mail. I was handed a paper with some numbers to the Hillcrest location. No answered phone calls at all to even ask about my mail. I also left my name, number and address at the crestmont location. NOTHING! I don't have a clue as to what's going on with my mail. I went in person, I called, I left messages.
Why can't there at least be a secure drop box at the Auburn St. location, if the satellite at Country Club Liquors has now closed? East Bakersfield would appreciate it!
We did not receive our mail Today and I'm expecting some important letters and they were supposed to arrive today I seen it on informed delivery now what's going on
On Thursday April 23 2020 we did not receive any mail delivery , nor did my neighbors. I have the informed delivery app and was aware of several letters coming. we were home all day and were watching for the mail carrier , we didn't see anyone come to the mailbox at the regular time, though we did see a vehicle with a magemetic postal sign go down the road but not stop at any mailboxes. I am just wondering if there was an incident resulting in non delivery or was our mail delivered and subsequently stolen? our address is 5808 Alfred harrell Hwy Bakersfield ca 93308.
