This is inaccurate. The only time you are able to access post office boxes per day is 10-1pm then 2 to 5pm. This is extremely inconvenient when working a full time job. I have been forced to pay for po box and that somehow subjects me to being treated poorly when asking about mail and packages. Why isn't this location open like all others in town? Why are the workers here so rude? How are they allowed to lack work ethic? Why must they be condescending and miserable? Does no one hold them accountable, ever?Aren't these government employees? There should be a code of conduct. I have filed complaints, and the workers whose job it is to call and investigate the complaint, are 1,000% worse than the ones in the facility. How are they allowed to treat paying customers like dirt? They act so superior and condescending towards all customers. I have witnessed it and experienced it. They represent the government and act so unprofessional it's ridiculous!! America sure has gone downhill and this is another example.
