Postal Locations

Love my mail carrier, but customer service either at the window or via phone STINKS! Rudeness overrule. Did not use to be like this until the past maybe 4 years. IF by chance you call anytime after 4 pm you will be put on hold by someone who says, hold then click...wait a few minutes then click again and hang up. They will NOT answer any calls after 4 and mysteriously you will be on hold the rest of the night if you just don't hang up! These are our customer service / back office / managers / supervisors at work! Too bad we cannot get (union) good help anymore cause they are protected and know they cannot be fired!!! Pathetic!

Some carriers that work my area, like to toss or throw packages over a unlocked gate. What ever happened to delivering to door? Each time there was a complaint to supervisor, they would say your regular drive was off. I have told them time and time again, gate unlocked and dog in house. If they would take the energy it takes to toss over gate and use it to open the gate and walk the package to the door, they would know. Customer service is non existence, and they don't care about their customers esp ones that are disabled. This is the worst post office in town, treats you like you owe them, they don't want to be there and hardly ever smiles. I hope this one closed before others.

My carrier in The 85714 Campbell/Irvington area SKIPS my entire street and does NOT deliver any mail or pick up out going mail!!!! I didn't know it was work when you want too!! She should be FIRED!!! I'm sure there is someone that would like to have her job.

WORST post office in Tucson, AZ. Don't waste your time!!
