I constantly receive other people's mail. My mail doesn't arrive. God only know who's box they put it in. I'm talking about paychecks and gift cards. Here's the kicker: I check the tracking for packages that I'm expecting. The tracking information reads that it is ready for pickup. I get to the post office and there is no card in my box. I stand in line with 20 other people to reach the front desk only to be told by the obnoxious employee that just because it was scanned doesn't mean it's ACTUALLY ready to be picked up, as if I'm supposed to know this. Am I supposed to receive a physic message when it's ACTUALLY ready? Of all the stupidity.
The snowflake post office has returned numerous packages and letters to sender saying I don't have a box there and I do. Plus numerous packages have disappeared from there and they say they never received but tracking says otherwise. I don't know what to do they are rude and disrespectful when approached about it. This is getting ridiculous and I'd like to know where my stuff is. And why they refuse my mail and packages and return to sender. They've done it with legal papers from my attorney as well as state checks. I'm going to report to the county, state and the BBB. I've had enough.
In answer to all complaints. Go up the chain of command & call/ email to speak to the Post Master General or his office. With as many nomplaints as there are, about crappy service like this, it should have the hammer come down & clean house!

I've rec'd notices from vendors, that my package was delivered to the P.O., but the P.O. claims they have nothing. Then the same day,, they put a notice in my box that they have a pkg for me. Where is pride in your job? No one down there seems to care about service.
YES, ALL the time this happens to us. We even ask is their anymore i have heard the Amason come in late to deliver ALL the packages but that don't make sense either...

Lied about package
I had a medical shipment mailed from the Phoenix VA. On checking the status of the package, it said it had been delivered. It was NOT delivered. This boy that delivers the mail, I am sure, does not sort out the mail because he rarely leaves anything and comes so early. The post office want a bailout but their service is atrocious.
Very disssapointed in this post office. They have lost many packages. We have ordered numerous packages from amazon and tracking shows it was sent to this p.o. But it dissappears. Also tried returning a package back to manufacturer and all they received was an empty box. Postmaster does nothing. Hate using them at this point but fedex transfers mail to them without our control.
Extremely irritated with snowflake post office employee's. Just so you know when ordering items that ups delivers, they only recognize the street address not the po box. And they won't let you put the box number at the end of the address. So stop being so rude about it.
They constantly deliver the wrong mail to us and our mail to others. When you complain they say it is the "1st time" anyone has complained. They are typical government workers, worthless!
