I live at 422 juniper ridge r v resort, the bank of mail boxes starting with 417-424 was left unlocked by the delivery person. There is mail to be had by anyone who wants it. It would be helpful if you had an emergency # I waited over an hour for the 800 # to answer but it never did.

I'm not real happy with your drivers. I just had another one just pull through both of the cul de sacs at my house. Then say that they attempted delivery, but never even stopped. I ran out to get my stuff and they just kept driving. You really need to train your folks better. For postal delivery this is the worst I've ever had in my life.

What is the dill with ur phone being busy for hrs ur that busy I don’t think so if that’s the case u need operators to answering phones

Pinetop AZ post office has very rude condescending employees especially the heavy set remarks I have seen people and talked to them in line saying they were almost afraid to talk to him..To whom it may concern post office employees work for the Public not the other way around..this needs to be addressed. If he does not like his job he should NOT be working there period..

The Show Low Post Office is ridiculous. If a package is mailed to a home.... Just F'Ing deliver it. This is after multiple big messups on my carrier's part. Can you not just do your job????????? And having friends think i returned their gifts.... F! Do your F'ing job!

Btw... Angry customers shouldnt have to censor their language... You screwed them over.... Deal with it. Deliver my packages!!!

I was notified on the USPS website that my package had arrived. I went to pick it up when I got the notification and the receptionist said the package was not delivered. This was on Monday, July 17, 2017. I have tried calling the post office to get more information, but the line is usually busy. I did get in contact with someone working there and I gave them my tracking number and they said that they would look into it and call me back, but I have not gotten a call back and it has been over 24 hours. I am extremely upset about the service being provided.

Last evening 1-23-2017 someone who lives on Bandido way brought a package to me which contained my medications. We live on the other end of Cheney Ranch. When Susan left we thought things would get better but they have stayed the same. I know mistakes can be made but they have to read a package address so why was it put in the wrong box. This person could of just discarded the package or used the medication themselves. Our mail delivery up here is scary to say the least. Most of us have complained in the past to no avail.
